Terrific find on short notice as we had 13 with us and with the multiple levels and bedrooms on different levels it sure helps. Well worth the money as a large home that fit us all was amazing and the last day it was just me and my honey so we kicked back with champagne celebrated life. Highly recommend !!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of this accommodation. It was perfect for the 10 of us - the sauna and the hot tub were certainly most welcoming especially on a rainy day. Easy access from the highway, lovely treks within a short distance, the view of the mountains from the porch was stunning. Will highly recommend this place.

We had four families with two young kids each - this house accommodated us perfectly! The deck and view are fantastic! Each room was super nice and clean as well. Very convenient to Tweetsie and easy to get to. Would definitely go back!

The Boulders was a magnificent home with breathtaking views. The floor plan was well considered for large gatherings. Every bedroom seems special, and each has its own bathroom. Everything about the home is thoughtful and top notch. Will definitely stay again!! Blue ridge rentals was on top of every detail and communicated superbly. Well done!

The cabin was beautiful and the perfect place for our family of 12. Centrally located between Blowing Rock and Banner Elk, we enjoyed many activities during our stay. The house was spacious enough, so we were not on top of one another. We really enjoyed the pool table, and bar area on the lower deck. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking or skiing.

We stayed @ "The Boulders" the week of 9/25/20 - 10/3/20, & had a wonderful week w/ 4 generations of family all together! The house was awesome, conveniently located to both Blowing Rock & Boone, as well as all of our favorite High Country attractions. The house was very comfortable & provided spectacular long range mountain views. Looking forward to our next mountain adventure very soon!

Our small (7 people) group's stay at The Boulders was perfect even though it rained most of the long weekend. The view is amazing! There are hummingbirds flying around the back deck. The house has everything you could want and more, with a nice sauna and seemingly relatively new (and very clean) hot tub. There's tons of space and the place was spotless when we arrived. We also had groceries delivered and unloaded before we got there, which was terrific (especially in the time of COVID). All the bathrooms had hotel-sized soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner along w/ a starter amount of paper products. And, the management company (Blue Ridge Rentals) was great about communication and very responsive to any questions or requests we had! Highly recommend. Can't wait to visit again and we'll definitely rent from them again.

We booked this house for my family to celebrate my grandfather's birthday together. This house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the house's 5 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms let us each have our space without feeling ‘on top' of each other. There's also plenty of parking as we all drove separately. We would definitely book this house again for a future stay in Boone / Blowing Rock.

Our first time spending Christmas away from home with our children and grandchildren. It was perfect. This is a beautiful home with lots of room for big family gatherings. All our children talk about how much they enjoyed it and want us to return for Christmas next year. This House has a well stocked kitchen for cooking your favorite meals. The back porch and views are well worth the trip.

Awesome vacation property and location. The view is spectacular! Boone, Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Falls and Grandfather Mountain are easy drives. If you just want to relax, the downstairs family room with bar, pool table, tv, couches and fireplace is spacious and comfortable. This place is a winner!

From our first inquiry until the moment we left, we were amazed by the efficiency and responsiveness of the managing company. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, very private at the very top of the road with a spectacular long range view. My only hesitation in giving this property the highest of recommendations (and I've stayed in a lot of different places), is that once reviewed by others, it won't be available for me and my family next time!??

My family enjoyed a wonderful Memorial Day weekend in the mountains thanks in great part to the BRMR team. The property we rented was exceptionally clean, everything in perfect working order, and just as the excellent pictures on the BRMR website represented. Erica was very thorough in explaining the procedures and Dan very accommodating in double checking on my questions and I did appreciate the discount on the processing fee due to being a returning client. My family has been using Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals for about 20 years. They've always been great to work with. Their customer service is very helpful, and I find I am spoiled by their informative and well-designed website. They've got this whole rental thing down to an art, and I would highly recommend them. Specifically, The Boulders, is a beautiful house for a medium to large family gathering. Ample porch space and a large, combined living room and kitchen make hanging out ideal. The downstairs den, with well-maintained pool table and large TV, is another great space to relax. Access to the house is easy and super-convenient to Blowing Rock. Master bathroom has a shower which doubles as a steam room, which we enjoyed using. This property is definitely worth checking out.

The staff are very helpful and courteous! They even sent an email warning about bad weather coming in during the dates we would be renting with information on where to get chains or rent a 4 wheel drive if you didn't have one.

It had great views..EVERYTHING WE NEEDED as far as dishes, appliances, silverware, coffee makers, etc. Great location. It was fantastic to have 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for each of the 5 couples in our group. The view was breath taking; cocktails and coffee on the top porch..FANTASTIC. The men enjoyed the hot tub; women enjoyed the wine/view on the top deck. LOVED IT|

The Boulders was perfect for three generations celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary. Very spacious inside with beautiful views from the large porch. Blue Ridge Rentals was very easy to rent from.
