We moved to BRMR in Fall 2021 after our original company failed at every step. BRMR has been a breath of fresh air. They are professional and communicate at every turn. I couldn't be more happy to have found them. Furthermore, they have kept the house rented and made sure everything is cared for, from maintenance to cleanliness. We own a real estate team/firm in Charlotte helping buyers and sellers. We have several rentals in this area and manage them ourselves. We know how hard it is to do what you all do.

We could have chosen to manage our Banner Elk house on our own. But we would much rather rely on someone else who is an expert in that area and will take care of our house in such a way that we don't really have to think about it.

Our home "A Bear's Eye View" on Appalachian Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock, NC has been managed by Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals since 2007. It is our "Home Away from Home". We come to stay at the house about 4-6 times per year. Whenever we walk into our house, we are so impressed that for our house that sleeps 15 and is very frequently booked but it always looks like we had never left! The housekeeping and maintenance staff always go above and beyond. We feel like they treat it as "Their Home Away from Home". We've had the pleasure of working with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals since we decided to put our Eagles Nest property in a vacation rental program. The entire experience of listing our home in their rental program could not have been easier. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals did a wonderful job communicating with us on what to expect and gave us great ideas on what we could do to maximize occupancy and make sure renters have a wonderful experience. The team does an amazing job marketing the property and finding high quality renters while insuring the property is well taken care of . Details such as turning on the lights before a renter arrives, the stocked coffee station, and post check out inspections makes the difference. Their maintenance and housekeeping teams are fantastic and make sure the home is always in pristine condition. We still use the property for personal use quite often and are happy that it does not show signs of rental wear and tear. The revenue the property has generated has exceeded our expectations making the property a wonderful investment. Communication is superb....always fast, accurate and friendly.
