All in all, the Little Bear was a wonderful retreat - the location is spectacular, the rooms are spacious, the amenities for each quest including the water bottles were appreciated, the hot tub [with big towels provided] was awesome... very impressive

This little home was clean and cozy. We had a comfortable home base for our weekend trip to the area, with easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock. The home had what we needed and a few extras, like board games and the hot tub. The living room was a little tight, but worked ok for our family of 4.

We had a wonderful time with family at this cabin. Great location, nearby towns and attractions all within a reasonable drive. We were able to visit App Ski Mtn, Tweetsie, Boone, and Blowing Rock. The weather wasn’t great for our stay but I imagine on clear days the deck has a great view. This house itself is as described and very comfortable. Everything worked (which is not always the case with Airbnb’s) and it was stocked with games for the family. We had a fun night using the grill & fireplace followed by a game of monopoly. It wasn’t hard to find and, for a mountain home, the roads were as expected (and paved the whole way). Easy checkout and property management seemed communicative. Overall, I would say this property is a good deal for the area and we would book again.

Great spot! Close to Boone and Blowing Rock. It's well maintained and stocked, and the views are gorgeous. Hot tub was also a nice plus on a cold day :) ideal for a larger group or those traveling with dogs or kids.

We had a great time during our stay. There is a lot of attention to detail like the games, heaters, towels at the door for hot tub, etc. We enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog!

Great location with perfect amenities! We were able to easily travel to Boone and Blowing Rock. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire put and the kids enjoyed them game room.

We had a short weekend getaway to Blowing Rock and this cabin was great. We enjoyed the view, the hot tub, and very spacious. Its definitely perfect for a couples weekend getaway or a trip with the family. Definitely plan to return for future stays.

Little Bear Lodge was AMAZING! We loved the large deck overlooking the mountains and the one beneath with the hot tub. I especially loved that there were no steps on either of them so that we didn't have to worry about our busy toddler being out on them and falling. The games were fun and the selection was great! Firepit was perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. LOVED the stone fireplaces with gas logs in BOTH of them ? With three children, we spent most of our time downstairs, so we enjoyed having a full size couch and love seat down there. That was our first trip there and DEFINITELY will not be our last! Loved everything about it!

The cabin was clean, comfortable and had every amenity we wanted. We enjoyed air hockey, board games, and the gorgeous views. The kids loved the Alpine coaster, gem mining and all the local attractions. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Vacation! We rented a cabin in Blowing Rock this summer through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. The cabin was in the perfect location, super clean and well equipped. So easy to just go and be relaxed. Blue Ridge staff super quick to respond to my questions and to reach out and make sure our stay was great.

Loved the location between Blowing Rock and Boone. The home had everything you could need. We have to say it's the best appointed cabin we've ever rented. Even had makeup remover packs! Hot tub towels were even provided. As an early morning runner, having the loop in front of the house through a neighborhood with no traffic was a big plus! Internet was strong. Dog loved the fenced in backyard.

We had a wonderful time at the Little Bear Lodge. The cabin is conveniently located to App. Ski Mt. The cabin itself was great had every thing we needed. The kitchen had all we needed to cook with and there was plenty of room for the 6 adults. We all loved the fireplace! We would definitely recommend this cabin and hope to come back again sometime.

This was a first family vacation for us and we really enjoyed our stay at the Little Bear Lodge. The location and all the accommodations were perfect. Our 5 year old granddaughter really enjoyed the cabinet stocked with games and crayons and the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. The colors of the leaves were awesome and we hope to make the trip again.

The search is over, we have found our new "go to" for our mountain visits. Little Bear Lodge is conveniently located right between Boone and Blowing Rock. We could be on the Blue Ridge Parkway for a hike in just minutes. The cabin was clean and well equipped. Our boys loved playing with the Air Hockey table, Foosball table, golf and cornhole games. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed using the grill and eating dinner out on the deck. A wonderful getaway, we can't wait to come stay again!

The cabin was very warm and cozy and ample size for a large family with three bedrooms and plenty of living space. The view from the back patio is very tranquil. It was quiet and tranquil. We rarely saw the neighbors and it was very quiet and peaceful. It is a very short ride to the ski resort and Boone is close by if you need provisions. There is a Publix shopping center and plenty of fast food if you desire. Be sure to have four wheel drive vehicle if you travel when it is snowing as the roads are steep and narrow on the mountain. The main roads are fine. I would highly recommend this rental. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is the best mountain rental business. Me and my family had rented a cabin with Carolina Cabin Rentals and didn't know that there would be mice in the house that we paid our hard earn money for. The mice had gotten into our food that we had in the cabinets and there were mice droppings all over the pots and pans. I pulled up to Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals after 5pm and there was a few employees still there but the door was locked. They answered the door when i knocked after hours and helped my family with renting a cabin for the rest of our vacation. Truly a great business and great people.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals provided detailed information regarding our upcoming stay. We received a phone call to make sure any questions that we had were answered. The check in process was simple and easy. The rental, 3 Bears Den, was exactly as shown and described on their website. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely contact them again for future travel plans to the area!

We loved this home! It was very clean, had a beautiful view, had all items we needed (coffeemaker, paper towels, toilet paper, etc)., and had a clean hot tub to soak in after a fun day exploring and a washer/dryer to keep us from having to do laundry when we got home. Convenient to Tweetsie, Blowing Rock and Boone. We look forward to returning!

We spent a month at Little Bear Lodge and had a wonderful time. House was very clean very comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect.
