The cabin was clean and comfortable from the moment we walked into the cabin. This cabin was amazing for our family vacation. Beautiful view of the mountains town was close by . Walking trails are beautiful. We had 2 children ages 4 and 6 and they had a wonderful time playing ping pong and enjoying the hot tub. We highly recommend this cabin for your next vacation

We took the family over the schools fall break and we had a blast. This is a great location, central to lots of recreational activities and restaurants. Word to the wise, make yourself dinning reservations well ahead of time. Enjoy the local wildlife.

Our stay at Falling Waters was exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, it is just the place for a family that wants to truly unwind and spend some quality time together. Communication with Blue Ridge was excellent. They were very quick to show up with a new fridge when we discovered the one at the cabin was not working. So glad we chose Falling Waters, and would most definitely stay again!

Great cabin! Very clean and that's most important. Great space for 6-8 people. Hot tub was hot and the ping pong table provided entertainment more than once during our stay. Very private and the area is beautiful. Getting to and from the cabin would be tough during the winter without 4 wheel drive.

We had an excellent stay! The photos do not quite capture how extremely spacious the lower level of the cabin is! The road leading up to the cabin is extremely steep - 4WD or AWD is necessary for inclement weather. Aside from that, I would highly recommend it!

This cabin is absolutely amazing and in a wonderful location. The hot tub was a focal point for my group - situated on the private deck under the roof! The host was very quick to respond whenever I messaged them with a question. I would definitely stay here again!

WOW!!!! What a great property! Yes, the other reviews are correct. The location was much bigger then what the pictures display. My 7 year old daughter made an entire play room just for herself downstairs! We will be doing this again soon & I can't wait! This cabin was huge and had plenty of space for 6 adults. The hot tub was fabulous. Definitely need a four wheel drive if weather is rainy, snowy or icy because the location has steep, curvy roads. It was a wonderful cabin that I would highly recommend!

The cabin as a whole is very spacious and more than accommodating for mid to large groups. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer! Will definitely be coming back to stay again in the near future!

The photos don't do it justice! The interior is all white pine: walls, stairs, etc! It's a huge place with beautiful views. Standing anywhere outside you can hear the stream flowing down the mountain. We had a wonderful time!!

We had a relaxing fall weekend that was just what we needed! The kitchen was stocked with an impressive variety of appliances and we were able to cook a few times very easily. Plenty of space for our group of 4 and we loved the covered hot tub at night. Many tournaments were played on the ping pong table downstairs as well

This place is beautiful. There is a ping pong table in the basement as well! We even saw a bear! There is a nice little water fall on your way up to the cabin! Very quiet, beautiful views, and a very nice hot tub!

We had a great stay a Falling Waters for a long Labor Day Weekend! The property was very clean and we did not have a need to contact the Property Manager with issues. We loved the hot tub and outdoor dining area, and really enjoyed the basement area with the ping pong table and large living space. The location was also perfect, as it was not a far drive to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone, which made for great day trips. We are already trying to plan our trip back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our high country get away. This pet friendly, secluded cabin is very relaxing and quite roomy. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable and seemed to be relatively new. The kitchen was well stocked but could use a larger fry pan. The hot tub on the back porch was an added bonus. If you are bringing a dog, be prepared to walk up or down some fairly steep hills. Our only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels or robes. We would like to return some day and bring more family members along. I'm sure our grandchildren would like the hot tub and the ping pong table on the lower level.

We had a wonderful holiday vacation at Falling Waters. The house is much larger and more attractive than pictures can show. Everything was in good working order. The spacious lower level provided great indoor entertainment with the big TV and ping pong table. The hot tub seems large and very nice. The winter landscape is extraordinarily beautiful, and the waterfalls are something to dream about. My family of six adults and two pre-teens enjoyed every minute we were there. It is off the beaten path, but still close enough to area attractions. Over the years I have rented many of your properties and this one certainly ranks high on my list, especially for winter. Thank you for your guidance and assistance, and the spot-on directions to the house. Happy New year!
