The location is great as is the cabin. This was our third year. Understand it will not be available next summer. Too bad.

I recently stayed at Blue Ridge Rentals with my family, and we had an excellent experience. The price for the place was reasonable, and it offered plenty of space for everyone. The text feature for communication was incredibly convenient, making it easy to ask questions and get quick responses. We plan to return for another vacation!

This is an amazing place to stay and provides plenty of space for our family to visit. We have enjoyed this beautiful home for 4 years now, and look forward to coming back each year. Having bedrooms on different levels has provided the convenience of not disturbing those who go down earlier than you; or get up earlier. The firepit is a nightly MUST for us!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials and a great outdoor space. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the entire house. The cabin was tucked away enough to experience the woods and close enough to blowing rock and Boone to do things. Will definitely be back.

Brookshire cabin was wonderful - lots of room and accommodated our family perfectly. It was a beautiful and comfortable home and had a great view. I wish I could return in a few weeks when the leaves will be turning and sit on the porch again with my cup of coffee. We didn't get to use the fire pit but it's a very nice space with plenty of seating. Brookshire was easily accessible and convenient to both Boone and Blowing Rock. Everyone enjoyed our stay and we all hope to come again someday!

There was a welcome package. The house was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen well stocked and has a keurig. The linens and towels were plentiful. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. Great place and made wonderful memories.

It was great. The property looked just like the pictures on-line. Plenty of room for us to socialize with each other. The plan was for all immediate family members to come and visit and stay as long as they could. Mom's three kids (I'm the oldest) made it. All but 2 of her grandchildren were able to come. There were never more than 9 of us there at one time. We had a great time.

The Family and I came up here for the weekend as we were having an adventure for the Christmas Tweetsie! The house was beautiful and accompanied every one that came. We all had our own beds and all had our own space. The house layout is amazing. I absolutely loved the fact that it was stocked up with everything that we needed. We really had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer, so hopefully we can come back to this location in the near future. Thank you so much for a wonderful house and such a wonderful stay.

We loved Brookshire! The property was clean and positioned perfectly to Boone. Communication was clear and friendly. The house was beautiful with three floors, master on the main level, two bedrooms with five total beds upstairs and a mother-in-law type suite downstairs with its own kitchen, bathroom and sitting area. And the view was amazing from the huge front porch. We would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful log cabin situated on a hill overlooking Brookshire Trail and with a view of the App State soccer field. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, a master on the main level, and a nice bedroom in the downstairs area. It was perfect for our family, and had everything we needed. The foosball table and Xbox were perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again when in Boone!

The Brookshire cabin was perfect for our stay in Boone. We were in Boone for a travel baseball tournament. The cabin was big enough for my parents, my in-laws, my sister and her family, and little family to stay together. It is easy to access and the management staff was excellent. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely consider staying at the Brookshire cabin.

We chose this property because of the view from the front porch view, how clean it looked online and proximity to downtown. We were more than happy with everything about this cabin! Myself, along with some of my old teammates, really enjoyed our stay at this amazing cabin. Check in process was easy and the property was very clean upon arrival. Overall, our weekend was great. We love this location and the coziness of the cabin. We will be back next year hoping to book the same cabin. We had lots of opportunity to go shopping and sightseeing and we found the perfect Christmas tree

We will definitely be renting this house again. It was very family friendly and perfect for the 12 of us! We loved the location and its walking distance to hiking trails and to the BooneShine brewery. We also loved having two kitchens for cooking our Thanksgiving meal and the kids loved the foosball table. Hoping we can come back next year!

Our short family vacation in this rental was very nice. We had a party of ten and lots of room for all. Kitchen was well equipped for family meals. The new gas grill was nice for our meals. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening under the stars with s'mores.

We stayed here with extended family to watch my cousin's child play baseball against AppState. The place is even better than the pictures, plenty of room for 7 adults to stay and ample space to hang together and reconnect. Location is awesome, so close to everything you need without driving too far but super quiet. Great hiking path across the street too!

This was the perfect house for our family of 13. Plenty of space and enough beds for all of us. The driveway was steep so if you go during the winter season definitely need 4WD but otherwise it was great!

The cabin and stay were great. It was even nicer than I expected. The setup was perfect. We went with two other families and each family pretty much had their own floor as there was a bathroom and beds on each floor. It's in a perfect location also, just a minute or two from downtown Boone. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed here with our friends, 4 adults and 6 kids under 10 total. The house was perfect with two king sized beds and a whole upstairs for the kids. The place was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and had a beautiful view. We are already talking about a trip for next summer.

Great views and convenient to everything Boone. Not far from Blowing Rock. The park/greenway just across from the property had a great area to skip stones. The brewery (Boonshine) close by had great food and brews and a good outside area for kids. Our kids loved the kids rooms upstairs and foosball. Great fire pit area. We were also able to have food and groceries delivered with ease. Our kids are begging to come back!

My family of 6 adults and 7 children stayed here over Thanksgiving. There was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well equiped and the house was clean. The location in Boone was convenient for going to Blowing Rock and Mast General Store. I would stay here again.

Wonderful property, very close to town and ASU campus. Driveway was steep so you would definitely need 4 wheel drive in the snowy months. The home was clean and very cozy. We had everything we needed there for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Excellent property! Scenic views, clean, spacious! Plenty of room for our family of nine! Easy check in/check out. Property is close to hiking, white water rafting and other activities. We enjoyed the great outdoors then came back to a beautiful comfortable home to recharge overnight! Kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to cook dinner each night. We plan to come back next summer for a do-over!!!!! Loved it.

My extended family (there were 8 of us) rented the Brookshire Cabin for the week of Thanksgiving. It felt cozy, but not cramped or uncomfortable at all. My kids wished we could live there. There are TVs with Direct TV in each bedroom. We were able to connect to WiFi without any problems and it never flaked out at all. Showers were great and I'm picky about showers. There are two sets of washers and dryers, one on the main level and one in the basement. Those came in handy for sure. A good amount of detergent was provided. The kitchen was large enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We were worried about having enough bake ware, cook ware, and utensils to complete the task, but it all worked out. We did bring our own spices and seasonings though. There's also a full kitchen in the basement. We did have to make use of that for a meal as large as Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen table provided just enough room for all 8 of us to eat. There's also seating at a breakfast bar. The cabin is easy to find once you know what to look for. I would definitely recommend all-wheel drive if you're staying in the fall/winter months. I imagine ice and snow would cause problems for a vehicle without all-wheel drive or snow chains. The driveway is steep and gravel. Not complaining, you just gotta take it slow. Easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock. Grocery stores are just minutes away. We also communicated with the rental agency a few times for various questions. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We would like to come back to the area in the summer time for some hiking and more exploring. We'd definitely rent this cabin again.
