Welcome to Blue Ridge Vista, high atop the town of Seven Devils. This home offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and includes a new hot tub!
Spread over four levels, this home has something for everyone. The two middle levels both offer wrap-around decks for full viewing pleasure while the lowest level offers an outdoor patio area and the upper level offers a private balcony. Off the main-level deck, enjoy a gas fire table in the evenings while watching the sunset.
The upper level holds two bedrooms, one with a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and these rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main level is a full kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace and HD TV. Enjoy dining with a view from the large window in the dining area. Situated on this floor is one queen bedroom and one full bath.
The first lower level has another cozy living room with a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace and HD TV. This floor is also equipped with a kitchenette, pool table, and a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom.
The second lower level includes a bunk room with 4 twin bunk beds, a TV, and a shared full bathroom.
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- This home is pet friendly with a $25 fee per pet, per day. Up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs only that are under 40 pounds are allowed.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Guests returning to Blue Ridge Vista may receive a discount of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Our rental was absolutely perfect for our whole family vacation! Everything was exactly as described and was actually even better in person. Two floors had their own den with a kitchen. This was ideal for us, giving us space to relax. Panoramic views from three of the floors were very nice. We could watch the sun rise above the mountains. The top floor was more private. One of the bedrooms up there had a stunning view of Grandfather Mountain from its private balcony for two, right off the bedroom (you could wake up in bed and see the mountain through the sliding glass doors…so cozy). Our house was perfect and well stocked for cooking and relaxing. Blue ridge mountain rentals always does a great job, but this house was completely hassle free and a true delight! Keypad entry so no going by an office for keys. Linens and towels provided. Dishwashing tablets, trash bags, washer pods, even little individual travel size shampoos and conditioner. Many rental companies don't provide toilet paper or paper towels and if you get towels and linens they are an added fee. All of this already being in the home when we arrived made our stay a pleasure. Check out was easy, the home was very clean, wonderful views, great extras(pool table, hot tub), and very well represented by their website. Our family vacation at Blue Ridge Vista was very pleasant. Booking and Check-in were hassle free, checkout was accommodating. It's a beautiful house with mesmerizing mountain-top views. Bedrooms are spacious, living & dining areas are very open and allow plenty of light with wide windows that open up to serene cliff views. House was well stocked with almost everything a family needs to have a wonderful vacation. On our checkout day nature smiled and showered a blanket full of snow making the views even more magical.
