Beautiful cabin with the perfect mix of cost and modern. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short but will consider again and recommend it to anyone. Beautiful place on a nice quiet road.

We had a perfect time here! Really enjoyed our trip. My family loved the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. We also loved the fire pit. The space was pleasant and cozy. It worked well for our group of 5 adults. The kitchen was nice and functional. We had fun visiting Banner Elk and exploring a nearby hiking trail.

This was the perfect place for our family. We enjoyed Beech Mtn and several of the surrounding towns. We thoroughly enjoyed having the added amenities. The game board was perfect for the kids and the sauna and hot tub were a great way to end the day!

Quiet with tons of deer walking through the yard. So clean and cute, loved the extra touches and the incredible hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. Loved this place !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few comments: It is incredibly clean and well stocked. We are a family of six, with four children under the age of 11, and it was the perfect set up for our family. It was a great location and incredibly peaceful. Our children loved playing in the backyard and we loved the sauna. We will definitely be back!

Super cute A frame cabin filled w amenities and in a great location. Boys enjoyed the electronic game board. Adults enjoyed the sauna. Snowed and was a beautiful view. Many deer roamed into yard.

The house is amazing. Everything was spotless and the place was decorated beautifully. Everything was very clean and a perfect weekend getaway that we needed. We even loved the Christmas tree that was inside the house. We will be back!

This place is absolutely magical! The house is fully stocked with everything you could need, comfy beds, tons of tv/streaming options, digital gameboard was a cute touch, fire pit, sauna, morning visits by deer made it the perfect fall getaway for our family. We had a beautiful time and loved the peaceful and scenic surroundings! If you've never been to Beech Mtn, it's definitely a must visit! There's enough to do on the mountain to keep you busy (restaurants, hiking, sightseeing, Fred's is a must visit) and all nearby attractions are within a ~30-45 min drive. Just keep in mind you're on the highest town east of the Rocky Mountains so getting up and down the mountain can take about 15 min and be prepared for a lot of switchbacks on the way up and down. Thank you Blue Ridge for the fantastic communication and for the outstanding hospitality throughout our trip!

This was the perfect place to stay for a nice weekend in the mountains during the fall season. The house was very homey, clean, with all the right amenities to make us feel right at home. The sauna was very enjoyable with clear instructions on how to use it. The backyard had a family of deer that visited each day we were there! Easy access to Banner Elk and surrounding trails. Definitely worth a visit!

This place was amazing! So cozy and just beautiful. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, which you don't always get with air BnB's, we just loved it here. Closer to the neighbors than we thought we'd be but didn't matter, very peaceful and quiet.

Such a cute home - you all have done such a great job with it! So clean, all details accounted for, and the sauna was a nice touch. Your neighbors were also super friendly - we felt safe, cozy, and really enjoyed our time there.

We loved our stay at the Black Bear Shack! The house was darling and even better than the photos. I was so impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Anything I could've wanted to cook with was there, from an air fryer to a pie dish to a full spice rack. The decorations and finishing were beautiful. We had a little trouble with the sauna one night but the host was responsive and helped us troubleshoot the issue. Really loved the early check in surprise! We lost count of the deer and wildlife that came into the yard. It was so peaceful. We will definitely be back
