The main level features open concept living showcasing the expansive long-range views. The family room has a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace & the kitchen offers 2 dining areas. There is a half bath as well as the master suite on the main level. The lower level has 3 guest bedrooms with two more full baths & an entertainment room. The loft is a nice additional sleeping area for guests.

Additional Notes:

• This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home, or requesting an exception to this rule.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
• Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus 12.75% tax.
• Towels and linens will be provided for you.
• AWD/4WD and possibly chains may be needed to access the town of Beech Mountain in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly!
• Guests returning to Altitude Adjustment on Beech can receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the room rent.
• This property has two external security cameras, one is on the right side of the garage monitoring the parking area, the other is to the left of the front door monitoring the main entryway.  No other cameras are present at the property. 

• CANCELLATION POLICY -
  Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
  Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
