Bridgepoint Cabin is in a great location, only 3 minutes from the Mast General Store, and the Mast Annex Store. We enjoyed the wrap around porch, as well as seeing many deer early mornings, and late evenings, that would walk into the cabin yard. Also the cabin is right on the Watauga River, and easy access for fishing. The cabin was fully stocked with all the amenities needed making our weeks stay enjoyable.

The property was in a great location. It is busy on the bridge as it’s a well traveled road but it would not stop me from coming back. Lots of fishing on the bridge but fun to watch. You can put a tube in and float down to the valle crucis park which was so fun! The hot tub was removed from the property but Blue Ridge Mountain rentals was amazing to work with and making things right on that end. I got numerous emails making sure we were all set with our stay and would definitely be back!

We had a great trip! We have always loved that area so when we found this house it was perfect! It was close (half a mile) to our favorite park Valle Crucis Community park and Mast general store! Also Over yonder restaurant was good too. It had what we needed for our family. Fishing at the river in front of the house for my husband, pet friendly for our small doodle who loved it, my daughter loved the loft, and I loved the hot tub. We will definitely be back. Had some issues with a rental and found this company that helped us tremendously. Got us in an acceptable rental that was great. Right on the river and tons of deer. Quiet and peaceful. Little bridge in front gives hours of entertainment but is unlit at night so it quiets down. Perfect.

The cabin was excellent! Plenty of space, very clean, excellent views, great Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. We loved the fire pit and hot tub. The river outside was so peaceful to listen to as we roasted marshmallows and sat by the fire. The location was convenient to many places. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Our vacation was great. The location was excellent. You will be very close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Great shopping and dining is close by. You can actually hear the river from the porch. First time going to mountain side of N.C. We loved it! Bridgepoint worked perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was there. Being right on the river was perfect, our boys 14 and 16 enjoyed fishing everyday. The hot tub was great and nice to have campfires at night. Lots to do if you love to be outdoors like my family. Great hikes, great mountain biking, zip lining, fishing and the Mast General a mile down the road is an added bonus to visit! Great location overall!

This cabin was amazing! The location was perfect for everything! We were able to do all the hiking we wanted to - Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, Crab Orchard Falls and Otter Falls. We spent one day skiing at Sugar Mountain. The vineyards were great stops on the way home. The river right in the front yard made for a perfect relaxing day, we caught (and released) several rainbow trout. My son loved that! The cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. Blue Ridge PM was great with contacting us to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we needed anything we had no trouble connecting with them through phone or email. Would definitely stay again this is a great place!

My friend and I went on our first “girls trip” and we had a great time! The cabin is beautiful (inside/out), very cozy, comfortable; and clean. The hot tub was clean and very relaxing to sit and listen to the river. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the beautiful scenery! We loved the fishing area! There were a lot of trout...they just weren't biting that day. Haha but with scenery like that, it didn't matter. The only things that I didn't know...and maybe somehow I overlooked it, was that the privacy is a row trees between cabins. There are about 5 cabins lining the river bank. We had the corner lot, right at the little bridge, and the trees between the houses, but, It was still quiet. There was a little more traffic than I would've thought, but it was kinda nice talking to more skilled fishermen that stopped and gave me pointers. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

"Magical" is not too strong of a word to describe our stay at this cabin. At first, the location felt a little "high traffic" - its right near the bridge over the Watauga, so keep that in mind if you're hoping for a truly isolated getaway. However, within a few hours we came to love vibe of this area and were mesmerized by the fly fishermen (and women!) doing their thing in the Watauga. The cabin is a quick walk to cool Valle Crucis (with a great community park!), and a super short drive between Boone, Banner Elk and the Blue Ridge Parkway to hop on trails. The porch was perfect, beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, the hosts were great, the hot tub was awesome and oh... don't miss the Jerky Outpost! We were just two friends reconnecting after over a year of exhausting work, but we're actively planning another trip with our families. Highly recommend!

We visited the property last year and fell in love with it. We are back for year #2 (with hope of a trip every year forward). The cabin is well maintained and offers plenty of space. My boys loved playing in the loft. Fireplace kept us warm. Hot tub is a great perk. The river and nearby park offered plenty of areas for trout fishing. If not frozen over, the marshy area in the park is stocked full of fat bass and sunfish. 4WD is a must in winter. The road in will wake you up when it is covered in ice. For a quiet stay, this place is it. Blue Ridge Rentals makes it simple process and staff is extremely friendly. Come enjoy Boone!

Great scenery for a nice, relaxing getaway. Loved that they had a list of nearby hikes by degree of difficulty. Made it easy to pull up directions and go without wasting any time. We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the porch, watching the fly fishers wading through the river in the morning. Even with it raining every day, we had a lovely time.

Next to the Watauga River, right in front of a bridge, there's nothing better than soaking in a hot tub or sitting by the fire pit after a long day whitewater rafting! What a cozy little cabin.The cabin is exactly how it is pictured. The river backs up to the property and is peaceful to listen to. The hot tub is also an added perk. On the inside, the house is large enough to seat two families--esp with the loft. My two boys, wife and I (and dog) had plenty of space. The evenings were quiet and I also had the best nap I've had in years. I did not bring my rods to fish, but there were a ton of trout hanging out under the bridge. Just very peaceful. We will be back. Thanks to the Blue Ridge staff for being so courteous. Thanks for having us.

This was a great cabin we were able to check in early, it was a great location. We enjoyed walking along the creek and even crossed the creek and walked back. A few of us even took the tube out and tubed a little in the river, seeing since we couldn't find any where to go snow tubing. We also took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit. We will definitely rent this cabin every time we want to go to the mountains.

My family and I stayed at Bridgepoint Cabin for four nights, 8/18-8/22. It was our first trip to the Banner Elk/Boone area and we could not have chosen a better cabin for our needs. The home is a good size for a family with two small children and could have supported at least two or there more adults comfortably as well. The biggest plus for us was the fact that it is centrally located and convenient to a lot of things to do in the area. We visited Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, gem mining, and several local dining options. All of these were within a 15-20 min drive, with most even less than that. Our oldest daughter loved the hot tub on the back deck and playing in the creek behind the house. We're already thinking of booking again for a winter trip at some point soon to see the area during a different season.

Bridgepoint Cabin is a lovely rental. It comfortably sleeps 4+ people. It is located on the edge of a scenic and actually fishable creek! The cabin is well-appointed and decorated in a warm, rustic, High Country décor. The heat and A/C work well, the jacuzzi a lovely enhancement on the outside deck. We often enjoy late evenings on the deck watching the fly fishermen as the sun sets . I’d rate this cabin an A+ for a couple or a small family. Easy access to the main roads, and no gravel or steep roads-which we find a big plus in High Country!

We loved our stay at Bridgepoint Cabin! My two boys and dog and I spent a long weekend here, and the owner has thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen supplies, wi-fi, plenty of towels, local information, comfy beds, coffee, fireplace, hot tub, tasteful decor, plenty of hot water, and everything in between. My boys (10 and 7) really loved cuddling with the teddy bears that were laying around and really loved the loft bedroom. It was cold when we arrived but the heat warmed up quickly and it was SO cozy! We sat in the hot tub every night, cooked lunches and dinners, and had coffee on the porch while listening to the river. We took a drive through the Blue Ridge Parkway to see the fall colors, took the kids to the trout farm where my 10-year-old caught a 3-lb Rainbow Trout. (They cleaned it for us and so we were able to have it for dinner, which was fun for the kids!) We fished in the river in front of the cabin until the cold front came through. Had a great dinner at Over Yonder and of course visited the Mast General Store and the House of Jerky. The kids didn't ask for their phones/iPads or to watch TV even one time! They both came away saying "Best weekend EVER!" The cabin itself is much more beautiful and cozy in person than the photos depict. And the location is fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

The porch is so wonderful for coffee in the mornings - or for anytime of the day. House is beautifully decorated and the furniture is great! Sitting on the porch listening to the river babble over the rocks was so very peaceful. We even saw resident deer in the back yard area the first evening we were there. The cabin is so convenient for shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. Rain on the tin roof was quite relaxing too! We really liked the cabin!
