The main level unfolds with a regal king ensuite, featuring a beautifully tiled shower, and a second king bedroom accompanied by a full bathroom in the hallway, ensuring comfort and convenience. Newly added in June of 2024 are mini-splits to keep you cool all summer!
Descending to the lower level unveils a third king bedroom, adorned with its full bath in the hallway, and a cozy den with direct access to the lower deck and a bubbling hot tub. The perfect harmony of luxury and relaxation awaits you in this inviting retreat. Ascending to the loft, discover a charming space with two queen beds, creating an ideal haven for the little ones to indulge in cozy moments. Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Looking to stay longer during a quieter time of year? Stays of 5 or 6 nights outside of summer, fall, and holiday dates automatically receive 10% off posted rates!
- This home allows up to one mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- AWD/4WD or chains will be needed in times of snow or ice to access Beech Mountain. The driveway is flat and level, with only room for two cars.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or up to a week in advance. You'll receive two, kiln-dried packs of firewood plus a firestarter for $25 per night plus tax.
- Guest returning to Vista 360 may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.

We had a great time at the Vista 360 house, it was in a perfect location for us close to the slopes and still quiet enough for deer in the backyard. The King beds were great and we were very happy to see gates for our toddler in the closet which mounted to both sets of stairs. The rooms were spacious, and the deck was very nice with an incredible view. The kitchen had everything we needed. We booked this super last minute as we were wanting a place close to Beech Mountain resort for New Year's Eve weekend(this was 1 mile away!) It snowed the day we arrived and the roads were plowed/salted. Driveway was fairly small but easy to access probably max of 2 cars. Inside was just as described. You walk into the living area and kitchen. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Keurig and coffee pot with various creamers,sugars and k-cups provided. Living room has a working wood fireplace. We brought along wood and it heats up the whole area really fast. Main floor has master bedroom with walk in shower(Bedroom 1), 2nd bedroom(has TV) and hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The loft area is upstairs with 2 queen beds. Lower level includes Bedroom 3, Bathroom with shower, laundry room and game room. Kids loved the game room downstairs with tv, chess, giant Jenga and pac man arcade game.
