My family of 4 had a wonderful time in this home! Space was lovely and perfectly sized, the hot tub was fabulous, and the views can’t be beat! Ski in/ski out is on an advanced slope so we didn’t use it, but it’s so close to Sugar that it didn’t matter. Will definitely come back for our next ski adventure!

Very cozy and beautiful place. Excellent view from deck/hot tub. The building is all the way at the top of the mountain, so an AWD/4WD vehicle is necessary during winter months. Summit Express lift access is a short walk up the hill. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in the perfect location! It was clean, the views were awesome and the hot tub was fantastic. My kids loved the bunk beds and it had every amenity that we needed. All appliances were clean and in working order. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone in the area!

This was our second stay at Reserve 36-C. The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing and the cozy fireplace on the chilly nights. We wanted a ski in/out location with a hot tub and this did not disappoint. Steps away from the summit lift where you can ski down in the morning to purchase your tickets for the day. Very clean and well equipped for cooking. If windy, it’s pretty loud and shakes the doors but it’s pretty high up in elevation so to be expected. Loved it and will def be back!

My wife, 2 young children, and I just stayed in 36-C for a quick winter getaway from Florida. The condo was very clean, well appointed and was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids (4) & (6) loves the bunk beds. The master bed was very comfortable as well. The gas fireplace was a nice addition and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. If you are a skier, The condo is steps from the summit lift on sugar mountain. this was beyond convenient. Each morning I was first one down the mountain. The views are spectacular from the large deck. We would stay here again.

The view was spectacular! When you first open the door you see all the way through to the glass door and windows to the balcony. It truly was stunning. The condo is beautifully decorated and the hot tub on the deck with that view was so appreciated! Our entire stay was wonderful! Just wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely plan to go back!

Beautiful and cozy mountain condo with a gorgeous view! Summit of Sugar Mountain right outside front door. Walked home from skiing everyday by taking lift to the top then a short walk off slopes to condo.

We stayed for a summer. hiking vacation. The property was clean and comfortable. We greatly valued the view from the balcony, where we recovered each night from the day's hikes. Hiking trails are very accessible - a full week of activity, and nothing more than a 30 minute drive from the front door.

This condo was exceptionally furnished and in a great location. The top of Sugar mountain, a very short walk in ski boots to the where the chair lift drops you off at the summit. I had a four wheel drive vehicle, while this was necessary Friday night it was not necessary by Saturday. I guess the condo association pays for a snow plow to clear the road. Would highly recommend this condo, again nicely furnished, great location with amazing views.

Perfect for a family of four. Located at the top of Sugar Mountain. You could rent skis in town, walk to the summit trail and ski down to get your left ticket. The condo is in great shape. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
