The Guf was amazing for our adventure to the mountains. I would give it 10 stars!! We had seven guests, and we did not need anything: everything was a our fingertips. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing. We were just a short drive to Grandfather Winery which was our primary destination for this Girls Weekend. Thank you for making everything so easy for check-in and departure. Best weekend ever!!

Thank you to Hunter for making our vacation happen! She diligently worked to help find another place for our family to stay when our first choice did not work out. As far as the Guf it is an amazing cabin! So beautiful and well appointed. We absolutely had everything we needed and then some. We had 8 in our party and so much space. It was super quiet and we enjoyed the forest views. Our 2 families needed a time to unplug and get away from the hustle and bustle and this cabin was perfect! Thanks for a perfect vacation!

This house has everything you need for your vacation. Beautiful setting. House has everything you could need for your stay. Lots to do in reasonable driving distance. Blue Ridge Rentals was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. House was clean and comfortable.

Thank you for having us this weekend. The property was as-advertised – very clean, everything worked properly, and the complementary 4-hour early check in made everyone's life easier. In terms of a management company, you are the best I have dealt with by far. Great communication throughout the entire process – it's easy to see that you have a system in place, and it works. This was my second time staying at The Guf and I have to say it did not disappoint!! After traveling 10+ hours to get to the NC Mountains, the jacuzzi and amazingly comfortable beds were very appreciated!! Enjoyed cooking in the Kitchen and using all of the amenities. Will stay at The Guf again in the near future.

The Guf is very spacious and great for a large group spending time together. It was perfect for App State graduation weekend with family and friends! Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Everything is clean. Every room has its own split unit to control air conditioning. The kitchen is stocked with cooking needs but bring your own spices! The hot tub is clean and awesome. The deck is great with nice seating, even though it rained we enjoyed the outdoors. The fire pit and grill look nice but we didn't use them. Two laundry rooms and two kitchens. Early check in and late departure are possible. The road up to the house is steep! Even when dry, I recommend all wheel drive or an SUV. I also give Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals an A+ at communication and service. THANK YOU!!

Great place. Very peaceful. Very clean. Easy to get to. Definitely need AWD if it snows, it is at the top of a steep hill. Hot tub was huge!

Our family enjoyed the house and nearby hike! the space was just perfect for our 3 families with kids. The board games they had were amazing!! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoors.

We had a wonderful stay at The Guf. We thoroughly enjoyed the home…made for a great location to gather to celebrate my father's 70th Birthday. The house was spotless and well stocked. The location is super convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. We enjoyed lots of the local activities. The home is decorated beautifully and we were all so impressed with the size of all the bedrooms. We are already talking about booking for next year again!!! (Everyone ranging from age 7 to 70 had fun…even the dog) Thanks for a great Weekend!

Blue Ridge was able to come through on short notice. They didn't cancel and delivered just what their listing said it would. We are a big party with a fur baby. They had the house ready for us. Easy check in and out. Spacious. Drank our morning coffee out on the deck. Played card games in the living room area. Made s'mores. It's a beautiful home. I will say that If you don't have good tires you'll have trouble going up the hill to get to the house. I would book again.

This is a lovely cabin. It's clean and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds are super comfortable. Hot tub was awesome. Very secluded location. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at The Guf in Sugar Grove! What an amazing home!! The house sleeps 12 people comfortably, which makes it great for large families and is very spacious. The beds were also amazingly comfortable. I think I slept better here than I did in my own home! The Kitchen was also stocked with just about every gadget and appliance needed! I have rented other places before and had to go and buy things like muffin pans or measuring cups, but not at The Guf. It is fully loaded. The cabin also has a great jacuzzi which was nice after our excursions from hiking, horseback riding and sightseeing. The cabin is centrally located to all things which was very convenient. I highly, highly recommend this cabin!! Amazing...
