What a fabulous log cabin with all one could ask for. Clean ,comfy, convenient, well appointed furnishings with kitchen nicely stocked with necessities. The hot tub was simply delightful!! And the deck for am coffee perfect.

We loved our stay at Sweet Retreat. It's a beautiful home, nicely furnished, with all of the amenities you need for any length of stay. Convenient to Banner Elk & Boone and all of the activities in the area. The house was clean (very important) and they didn't ask their guests to do anything ridiculous upon leaving except put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher! We've stayed other places that wanted us to basically do the laundry, dishes, empty trash, etc. and still pay a cleaning fee. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This is a terrific place to enjoy your vacation. The home is lovely and well equipped to meet one's needs. The driveway is a bit steep but flat at the entrance to the home. Only about 3 steps onto the deck and the home is all one level. High open ceilings and comfortable furniture and beds. Would definitely stay again!

We were visiting the sugar mountain area for a friend’s wedding. The house is absolutely wonderful with every amenity you can think of. Spacious and super clean. Very well furnished and decorated. The hot tub was clean and perfect. Our family had a fabulous time and we will be back again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and safe! Five stars all around! Can’t wait to come back!

First things first, this house is very well decorated. Then when it was time to cook, high quality appliances and a FULLY stocked kitchen. We had an issue and needed to contact the support team, they clearly conveyed the process for maintenance to come out. Maintenance was friendly and it turned out to not be an issue after all. This is our new favorite Boone/Beech/Sugar/Banner Elk home. We will be back.

We loved having family time high up on Sugar Mountain. Very quiet and spacious Cabin. Saw tons of deer in the afternoon walking across our front yard. And then loved how close you are to Banner Elk and to Boone. A very quick 14 minutes has you dinning at Stonewalls in BE. Fantastic

This place was perfect for our group. Had 5 adults and could’ve fit more people. The hot tub was absolutely amazing to have after being on the slopes all day. The main living area is huge, nice open floor plan. Central Heat works great but there is a gas fireplace that warms the place up quick too. Having a dryer to throw your ski clothes in is such a luxury so they’re dry by the time you put them on the next morning. Would 100% recommend this place and we will stay here again when we come back to ski, if it’s available.

My family and I recently stayed at your cabin on the 15th-18th. Want to start off by saying that the jacuzzi is a BLESSING!!!! The scenery there was amazing, even though a few trees was blocking the view but still was an amazing view! This trip to the mountains was definitely a memory that will be remembered for a lifetime and who knows, we just might come back sooner than expected! Lol Thank you for everything! ??

From the start to the finish of our trip, we loved this cabin. It was very spacious, clean and had a wonderful mountain feel to it. We enjoyed the sunrise in the mornings off the back deck as well as the hot tub at night. We would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a house you won't be disappointed with.

This is a wonderful home that has everything you need for a great vacation. It is decorated very well and has huge TV's in every room. We loved the privacy and the hot tub!

This home has a large porch with an oversized hot tub! We had six adults in the hot tub comfortably. The master bedroom has a king and the other two have queens. The grill is located on the rear deck and it rained, so we had to cook in the rain. Had a family of bears walk by as we were in the hot tub, but they did not bother us. The home was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked including cork screws! Viking pots and pans...this kitchen is first class! There is a partial view.

We loved this cabin. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of closets to accommodate all the luggage. The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing. The view was awesome. Lots of things to do nearby.

This house was open and spacious, very clean and a great location. If I just had to critique, the beds are very firm and the two spare bedrooms are very cold at night . I like the cold so it really isn't a complaint. Master bedroom get very warm where the others stayed extremely cool. This is in December. I'd rent again definitely tho.

This cabin was perfect for my family and I. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Living room was complete with fireplace, big TV, even a printer which was so great for working from home. Bedrooms were all a great size, especially the master! This house is the perfect mountain cabin that has everything you need to enjoy all that Sugar Mountain has to offer.
