Sunnyside Farm

Blue Ridge Rentals was very helpful in finding just the right place for our family reunion. Fourteen of us loved Sunnyside Farm and it had perfect spaces for our gathering! I highly recommend both Blue Ridge Rentals and Sunnyside Farm.

This was our second stay at Sunnyside Farm and it was just as amazing as the first! The house is absolutely beautiful—spacious, warm, lots of different sitting areas, a huge kitchen well stocked with equipment. The view and surroundings are incredible. Communication was prompt and clear and the hosts were very accommodating. We will be returning for sure!

Sunnyside Farm was the perfect house for our family reunion. We loved all the gathering spaces, the Glamping area, and the well equipped kitchen. Rainy days meant a lot of time inside, so the big screen for tv/movie watching was awesome. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

Our group enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Farm. The space was open and great for a big group. The kitchen had anything you would need for a stay, and the views are amazing. We were able to enjoy smores by the fire and fresh mountain air on the porch. This property works well for multiple groups with privacy and space. Thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunnyside Farm. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room inside and outside for conversations and games for all 20 of us. The house is secluded enough for privacy and close enough to Boone and other activities to allow for both quiet family time and fun excursions. Overall a great experience!

My family of twelve adults and eight kids had a wonderful Christmas at Sunnyside Farms. The house was so roomy with many gathering spots. The family loved the media room and the kids loved the clamping area with all the games. All in all it was the best Christmas ever.

We thought it was fantastic - enough space for us to congregate together and also spread apart to enjoy different activities or if you wanted privacy you had that as well. Plenty of space to store our food and drink for three days, prepare our food and enjoy it. We were able to arrange the whole family on the staircase for a great family picture.

We stayed here while celebrating our wedding in Boone! The home was beautiful and gave us plenty of space to relax! The home is tucked away from the town and offers a lot of privacy! The upstairs glamping tents are so cute and everyone enjoyed the large projector tv in the living room! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing for our large family. There was plenty of space to spread out and also plenty of space to gather together. The outdoor space was amazing. The children could play outside and we could see them from the inside. The outdoor space was safe-no traffic, etc. The dining space was perfect for our large family. There are two large dining tables in close proximity to each other. The fireplaces (gas and wood burning) were great as was the outdoor fire pit. The only complaint I have is it would be nice to have 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers . Otherwise it was perfect!

Our family get together this year was spent in this awesome house near Boone, NC. There was more than enough room for our extended family to spread out and relax, play and visit. The huge projection screen TV allowed us to enjoy our college SEC football games. The spacious kitchen and dining areas provided space for preparing family meals. The outdoor fire pit hosted a fun evening of S’more making. The indoor tents were a big hit with my granddaughters but also comfortable for the adults. So happy we found such a great place to spend our annual family vacation.

I never imagined that I could find any single place for all 30 in my group, but this house was plenty big for all of us. Everything was spotless, it had all we needed. The views were beautiful!! Thanks to the owners.

This is our second year staying at Sunnyside Farm for our annual company retreat. Our team loves the mountain views, the spacious sleeping and communal areas, and the "glamping" tents upstairs. We're able to hold business planning meetings in the living room, and have family-style dinners in the kitchen and dining area. Our team can't wait until next year!

What a fabulous house! The views-spectacular! Loved the numerous gathering areas and small sitting rooms. Two big tables for dining-awesome! The huge game room with tents for privacy was a huge hit with the kids both old and young! Great fire pit! TV room was amazing for watching football! Kitchen was well stocked and big. For our family, our reunion weekend is the best one of the whole year...and only one when we ALL get to be together! Thanks for providing such a wonderful location!

This is our second visit! We loved it so much the first time that we came back!! The views are spectacular! Don’t think you’ll find a better view in any home in the area! The house is comfortable with many large spaces for groups to disperse and not feel crowded at all. The front porch with rockers and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs were among our favorite places to be. The king beds were so comfortable and our kids always enjoy the tent area so much! There’s plenty of parking and the neighbors in the area are so friendly! All that said a few things to consider if you’re planning on cooking for your large group: kitchen needs grilling tools, an ice maker, could use a garbage disposal and more kitchen towels. We loved our stay and made many wonderful memories!!! We look forward to coming again!
