Welcome to Ridgeline View at Eagles Nest! This newly constructed, four bedroom home offers three king beds and a fun room with four twin beds.
Ridgeline View has a beautiful, well appointed kitchen ready for any chef. The dining table has room for six, plus four bar stools at the large island. The living room has long range views for stunning sunrises. The large screened TV ready for your streaming, gas fireplace, and seating offer a comfortable oasis. On the main level is the first ensuite bedroom with a King sized bed, a TV, and deck access. The private bath has a soaking tub, a custom, tiled shower, and a double granite vanity for plenty of space.
Upstairs is a second ensuite with a king bed, TV, and private tub/shower and double vanity. The third king bedroom has its own TV, as well, and shared a full bath with the entertainment loft and twins room. The loft can be open or closed to the living area below with the sliding barn doors. A large sectional provides seating around the TV, and behind the second set of barn doors is a nook with two twin beds, each with a twin trundle underneath (opens to four twin beds).
Outside, you'll find a covered deck with a wood-burning fireplace, seating, and a TV. The deck wraps around to the back, where the beautiful views overlooking the backyard and the mountains are. A gas grill is available for grilling outside. In the backyard, there is a fire pit lined with stone and surrounded by pea gravel and Adirondacks.
OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount - Only during rates listed as Off Peak.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
-All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing them to the home.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- This homeowner has exterior security cameras monitoring their property to ensure it remains safe. One is on the garage and views the walkway. One views the front entrance of the house. One views the other side of the entrance to the front of the house.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

This house is absolutely perfect for an escape. Everything is so beautiful and comfortable. Great porch to sit on (covered and uncovered). Kitchen is beautiful with plenty of space. I just wanted to say thank you! We had an INCREDIBLE family trip and made memories that will last a lifetime; bears, hikes, live music, archery, ATV's/UTV's, views, firepit, relaxation and beauty. Wow! All I can say is wow!! We stayed at Ridgeline View in Eagles Nest last weekend for a 3 night getaway with friends. Ridgeline view was stunning. The views and the interior of the 4 bedroom home was immaculate and beautifully decorated and you could just tell that every detail was thought out before our arrival. We had an amazing time and even saw a black bear on the property but that did not scare us as he was looking for food and was more scared or us than the other way around. There are tons of amenities all throughout the Eagles Nest development and we had access to pretty much everything. (Read on their website the big list of amenities) Due to Covid-19 we pretty much hung out at the home and enjoyed the outside fireplace on the deck, which had 2 amazing moonlit views and even though there is construction going on around in this neighborhood it didn't bother anyone. We arrived on a Friday evening and left on the Monday so the construction was basically not happening during this time. I would and have suggested to many to try out Ridgeline view in Eagles Nest and can't wait to visit again knowing that we had everything we needed at this rental. It was brand new, beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing.
