Step into the spacious great room with soaring vaulted ceilings. The beautifully designed kitchen features custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances, all centered around a large, functional island. Stocked with basic kitchen supplies, it’s ready for you to bring your culinary creations to life to be shared with those you love.  The open layout seamlessly flows into the cozy living room, centered around the stunning custom stone fireplace.  Convenient gas logs and a large TV above provide the perfect ambiance for conversation and relaxation.

Red Fox Run offers two separate king suites, one on either side of the great room.  Both offer the ultimate comfort with vaulted ceilings, king-size beds, and grounding mountain views from the windows. Each suite boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom with quartz-topped double vanities. One bathroom features a custom stone tile shower, while the other offers a custom stone tile shower/tub combo—both designed with elegance and tranquility in mind.

For additional guests, the living room couch easily converts into a queen-sized sofa sleeper, with a convenient half bath located just off the great room. Step outside to the partially covered back deck, where you can relax in comfortable seating and enjoy the refreshing mountain views.  Best yet, on the deck, you’ll find a luxurious hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.   As the night comes, you'll love taking a few steps from the deck and roasting smores around the firepit as you gaze at the mountain stars.

Additional Note:
- Red Fox Run is pet friendly, allowing up to two mature and well trained dogs with an additional rent of $25/pet per night.
- The community of Elk Run is currently in a period of growth. There are nearby lots with homes under construction.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Firewood  may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE:
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
