Nestled just a short stroll from the pickleball courts, basketball court, and the brand-new playground at Camp Eagles Nest, this cabin is perfectly situated for both adventure and relaxation.
Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm, but all homes adjacent to this are completed.
Step inside to find a stunning, well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to whip up meals for family and friends. The granite bar seats four and flows seamlessly into the inviting living room, where a sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs await you. Gather around the warm glow of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 55" smart TV.
Both bedrooms are serene retreats, each featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and a 50" smart TV for streaming. The two full bathrooms offer convenience and comfort, with one boasting a walk-in shower and the other a tiled tub/shower combination. Off the kitchen, you’ll also find a charming half bath and a separate laundry center for added convenience.
Step out onto the back deck and take in the magnificent mountain views that stretch across three states, with a peaceful valley and creek below providing the perfect backdrop. A short set of steps leads to your private hot tub and fire pit, complete with ample seating to savor the beauty of the outdoors and the crisp mountain air.
At an elevation of 4,200 feet, Peak A View is a year-round haven in a picturesque corner of Eagles Nest. From the moment you pass through the gates, you’ll feel your cares melt away. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or simply taking in the never-ending views, this cabin promises a truly unforgettable mountain escape.
Located directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home is in close proximity to the most popular amenities in the community. Eagles Nest offers great hiking trails that can either be hiked by foot or explored by ATV... some leading to beautiful waterfalls! There’s something for everyone.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The front door includes a Ring doorbell for safety.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the home.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We just spent our second week at Peak a View and absolutely love this house. Super cozy with upscale amenities at the house and in the neighborhood. Enjoy those early morning sun rises while sipping a cup of coffee. Nice fire pit area to spend the evenings. Hot tub is a nice touch. We had a great time at Peak a View! The house was perfect for us. Very nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The house has a nice view and we enjoyed coffee and wine on the deck. We really enjoyed our week at Peak a view! The drive up to the cabin the first night was a little intimidating, so I highly suggest picking up food first when you get to town before going up the mountain. The cabin has everything you could possibly want and we really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub! And, of course being Floridians, we loved the snow but didn't enjoy the -5°! We recently stayed at Peak A View in Eagles Nest and had a wonderful time! The cabin is so charming and comfortably accommodated two couples. Peak A View is nicely decorated and so cozy. We enjoyed cooking all our meals in the nicely equipped kitchen. The view is amazing! We saw two bears and many deer during the snowy weekend. The bears must have been confused because the day we checked in was 60 degrees and the following day was 6 degrees. Perfect Mountain house for our young family. The kids enjoyed the large backyard and the hot tub. We love the mountaintop view from the back seating area. The kitchen is five star and well stocked. Can’t wait for the kids camp to open nearby next summer. We Hope to return.- Glen, Posted: 08/05/2021

It’s the views for me!! We had an amazing time. Beautiful location abs lots of snow on the ground. Only thing is I got lost coming up the mountain so I would recommend to not follow your gps once you enter into the property. Follow the directions given.- Angela, Posted: 02/05/2021

The house is cozy and cute. It's brand new, so all of the appliances and decor are brand new as well. The kids loved climbing the ladder to play int eh loft area. We got to attend one of the summer concerts, and had an amazing time!- Kaye, Posted: 10/02/2020
