Enjoy a stay at this 3 bedroom mountain home located at Beech Mountain with expansive views!  Nearby the Beech Mountain Ski Slopes, and a short drive to Banner Elk.  

Enter through the lower level doors to find a comfortable family room, multiple bedrooms, and doors that lead out to the deck.  Out on that entry level deck, soak your cares away in the Top-of-the-line Bullfrog brand hot tub. 

The entry / lower level has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed.  The hall bath has a tub/shower. 
The laundry room is also on the entry level, making it convenient access to easily wash your wet ski or hiking clothes after arriving back from a great day of skiing or hitting the trails without walking all over the house. 

From the entry level, take the stairs, to the upper level and you will find a fully stocked modern kitchen, eating nook, den with relaxing fireplace, half bath, and access to the upper deck.  The kitchen offers a built in air fryer mode for the oven, both Keurig and drip style coffeemakers, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space to prep meals.  

Outside find the gas grill for cooking your family meals and a lovely gas fire table.  You can probably already picture yourself sitting out under the stars, by the fire, with a nice beverage.  On the upper level, find the primary king suite.  This tranquil room as an adjustable frame for the King bed for added luxury.  The king suite has an attached tiled shower, and double vanity sink. 

All three bedrooms are set up with smart TVs and ceiling fans to provide comfort as you spread out and relax.  If you're traveling with additional guests, the home comes stocked with roll away beds that can fold down to provide comfortable auxiliary sleeping options.  On Beech Time offers one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and 2 mobile beds, to accommodate up to 8 guests.

On nicer days, open the garage doors to get fresh mountain air, while playing a game of ping pong, basketball, pac man, or darts.  
We have ski and snowboard racks, places for boots, and groceries that allow you to kick off that snow or mud, before heading into the cabin.  

We do get mountain weather, so for added safety and comfort, we have a whole house generator.  

Looking to stay longer during a quieter time of year? Stays of 5 or 6 nights outside of summer, fall, and holiday dates automatically receive 10% off standard rates!

Located near the Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to private restaurants & events, professional tennis, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and a heated pool to name just a few amenities. Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the transfer fee must be paid for in advance to the Club.

Additional Notes:

• The outdoor electric lift is not available for guest use.  
• This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home, or requesting an exception to this rule.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
• SmartTVs - streaming service only. 
• Towels and linens will be provided for you.  Propane for the gas grill and gas firetable are also provided.  If you plan to barbeque often, please give us adequate notice, should you need propane refills for your stay! 
• AWD/4WD and possibly chains may be needed to access the town of Beech Mountain in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly!
• Driveway is paved and parking for 4 vehicles.  
• This property has two external security cameras to monitor driveway and ensure safety of the home.  No other cameras are present at the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
