Description
Welcome to Just Bluffin' at Eagles Nest!
Situated on a bluff with over two acres, this 2023 construction home is ready to be your solace as you visit the spectacular High Country of North Carolina. The driveway is a gravel loop, allowing smoother access and departure for your group. There is only one step up to enter the main level of the home. Once inside, the great room with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and plenty of natural light opens. Seated around the gas log fireplace are comfortable leather sofa and chairs for watching the game or a movie on the 70" smart TV. The brightly lit kitchen is well-stocked for cooking breakfast for the family before adventuring. Granite counters give ample workspace, and three stools are at the large island. To the left is the dining table with seating for eight.
The main level has two bedroom suites. The primary king bedroom has a private TV and fabulous bathroom with a tiled shower and double granite vanity. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with private bathroom with a tiled shower and granite vanity. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath in the hallway with a tiled shower and granite vanity. Bedroom number three is a queen, and the fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle underneath and arcade table for two (not yet shown in photos). The deck has a gas grill for guest use and plenty of seating. Take in the beautiful mountain views from the porch, or head down the stairs to the newly installed hot tub. Near the house is a firepit, perfect for s'mores under the stars!

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home allows up to 2 mature, crated dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus 6.75% tax. Max of 75lbs each.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
-All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Our stay at the stunning Just Bluffin' in Eagles Nest was a 10/10. Not only is it new (finished 2023) and well stocked with everything you need during your stay but it is impeccably decorated and affords the most beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This property is conveniently located near the Beech Mountain gate (less than 15 mins to the ski resort) in Eagles Nest making it a great home base for a few days of skiing at Beech Mountain. We enjoyed coming "home" each day after skiing to relax in the hot tub, grill steaks and take in the view. The home feels very spacious inside with a large master and "mini-master" downstairs, a bunk room and queen room upstairs and high ceilings and large picture windows throughout. The gas fireplace turned on with a touch of a button as we cozied up by the fire with one of the many fluffy throw blankets. We also had a chance to check out the Great Camp (the kids loved the putt-putt course and the ropes swing) and have a drink at the Sportsmans Lodge @ the North Pavillion both close to Just Bluffin'. The house was wonderful and very clean. Our group of ten had plenty of room and games provided was a nice touch. The best thing about the house was the hill in the backyard that was perfect for sledding. Just Bluffin' was the absolute best mountain retreat we have ever stayed! It is perfectly located with gorgeous mountain views that change constantly overlooking the back deck, almost like watching an artists' palette in constant motion. It was very well appointed with everything you could think of that we needed and then some…great family games, cozy blankets, and a kitchen stocked full of every necessity. It is truly a home away from home but with incredible surroundings right in the middle of Eagles Nest. I was so fortunate to choose just bluffin for my getaway to the Smokies. The house was impeccably decorated with a calm serene Beauty. Just Bluffin is a beautiful new home with breathtaking views. The owners are incredible hosts and thought of it all! The home interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The outside amenities leave nothing to chance for a wonderful time. We stayed during a winter storm and the scenery was majestic. We were with another family and the children played outside in the snow and enjoyed tubing down the hill in the backyard for hours at a time. The hot tub was key after a day in the snow! Just Bluffin' is a wonderful house nestled in the middle of Eagles Nest. Such great location if you want to take advantage of all the amenities. Not only is the view and proximity perfect but the inside is beautifully decorated and so cozy. So whether you are in the mood for a quick get away with a few friends or to stay for the week with the fam it will accommodate all your needs. Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely home! It is immaculate, it's amazingly decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and it's just the perfect place for a mountain getaway. The hot tub was delightful in the evenings and the back deck with the incredible views was the place we spent the most time together. There is so much to do that is very close. Just Bluffin at Eagles Nest is an amazing property. Spacious and beautifully furnished with everything we needed. Perfect location to all the amenities that Eagles Nest offers. Hot tub and fire pit area was an added bonus. Can't wait to have coffee time on the back deck while looking at the incredible view. I wanted to let you know if you are coming to Eagles Nest you should 100 percent stay at the house Just Bluffin. Not only is it brand new, all new furniture and amenities like a great Hot Tub.
