You're sure to love this newly updated home with 4 bedroom suites and beautiful winter views of Grandfather Mountain! The main level, entered with just two steps, has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining table with room for 6, and a living room with comfortable couches arranged around the stone fireplace and Roku HDTV.
On either side of the great room is a master bedroom suite. Each of these spacious rooms has a King bed and a private full bathroom. The suite to the right has a screened in porch and the suite to the left has a covered but open-air porch, both with comfortable padded patio furniture.
Downstairs is another great room, this one with a kitchenette and a pool table as well as another plush sectional sofa and HDTV. There are two more bedroom suites on this floor. The suite to the right has two twin beds and a full bathroom and its own porch, and the suite to the left has a Queen bed, private bathroom, and its own open porch.
Conveniently located just two miles from Hawksnest Tubing in the picturesque mountaintop town of Seven Devils, between Boone and Banner Elk, you're sure to love staying in Grand View!

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Pets Welcome for $25/nt per pet plus tax. A maximum of 2 mature, well-trained dog under 20lb only
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- Please note that the lower level does not have air conditioning.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am

Great house for large family or two+families. We had two families (4 adults, 5 children) use this house for homebase for our mountain vacation. It was a perfect setup with the two complete spaces upstairs and downstairs for everyone to spread out, but has indoor and outdoor spaces big enough to gather together. Having the pooltable is a great amenity for indoor entertainment on a rainy, summer evening. Loved all the porches. And it was great having private bathrooms off each of the four bedrooms. We had another excellent experience last week with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Their customer service is always top-notch: clean, well-equipped properties; flexible check-in/check-out times when possible; prompt response to inquiries and maintenance concerns; and friendly, knowledgeable agents. We were very pleased with our return visit to Grand View, and will definitely be reserving it again for next year. Our family has a great experience in the house in Banner Elk..The house was a perfect size, very clean. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Even though we were all one family, because it has 2 floors with each with a complete kitchen it would work great for two families. The view and surroundings were beautiful. It was a great place! More than enough space for everyone and if there is a big crowd it's excellent. It's like getting 2 homes in one cause it has 2 floors and both are fully equipped. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was great to work with they even saved us time by making alternate arrangements for check in which was fantastic. The house we chose, Grand View was fantastic for our weekend get away for 8 people. Seven Devils NC was nice and secluded but not far from Boone or Blowing Rock.
