The cozy family room on this level includes a pullout couch and a smart TV, providing additional sleeping space. The main floor boasts a modern, fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, which opens to a large dining area and an inviting family room with a smart TV. The master bedroom on this level features an ensuite bathroom and a smart TV, while a half bath and laundry area add extra convenience. Step outside onto the spacious deck, complete with a BBQ grill and dining table, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh mountain air.

• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens will be provided for you.
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to their home.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains are needed for all Beech Mountain homes during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

My friends wanted to go to The Land of Oz and asked my husband and I to tag along. I was in charge of finding a place to stay and found this home very close by! It was perfect! We could have invited more couples (and we might come back one day) and we wouldn't have been on top of each other. There were deer there to greet us and again as we are leaving. We bought breakfast food and s'more supplies at Fred's General Mercantile and enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. We came to Beech Mountain for a family ski trip. The house was clean, not cluttered, had clean updated fixtures it was all we needed for a family stay.
