Our stay at Comptime was wonderful! The views from every window of the mountains, Fall folliage and Grandfather Mountain were amazing, especially when enjoying the jacuzzi! The home was extremely spacious, cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and gadgets you could ever need. Ideally situated 20 to 30 minutes from all the sights of the area.

Sons 50th Birthday Celebration. We included a men's Golfing and family wine tour. The cabin home is very comfortable and Homie. We throughly enjoyed it. If we are back in this area again we will ask to rent it again.

From the initial reservation to the post checkout follow up the property manager was ON IT! Super quick replies, answered all of our questions and even offered some perks! The property was perfect for our 3 families. 3 couple and 6 kids ages 6-12. Everyone had their own space when they needed it. The view of Grandfather Mountain was spectacular from the hot tub and made for an amazing morning coffee on the deck. We highly recommend and will 100% be back.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful cabin! We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday just as she requested. She wanted to ski and chill with friends and family. This cabin was perfect for us! My husband and I stayed in the loft with our own master suite and seating area. The private balcony had gorgeous views! Grandparents stayed in the master suite on the main level. Perfect for them so they wouldn't have to climb stairs often. The girls (we had a total of five but there was room for more!) stayed on the bottom floor and enjoyed the privacy of the game room and their own fireplace with living area. We just adored this home! It was so cozy and warm and truly felt like home! We enjoyed the fireplace on the main level and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. There was snow falling on our first morning there which made it magical! The jacuzzi hot tub was also so perfect for sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful location and views. Home was very spacious and our family had a wonderful time enjoying all the skiing, tubing and hiking in the area. Would definitely rent again.

CompTime is a beautiful home! We had 12 in our group – 6 adults and 6 children (all under the age of 10). We had everything we needed. It was wonderful having all king-sized beds in the primary rooms. The kids loved the bunk room. There’s plenty of room to spread out, or gather all in one space! The view was awesome! We had a dusting of snow one of our days, so the kids were able to sled with the neighborhood children. I would highly recommend this home!

We just got home from an amazing cabin experience here in Seven Devils. This home was big enough to accommodate 13 people comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed, the bathrooms were gorgeous, the hot tub was amazing and the views were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone. Thanks for letting us stay!

Had a great experience with my family at the cabin! It had all the major utilities needed in the kitchen, hot showers, hot tub worked well, AC/heat was great. The kiddos loved playing in the front lawn and had some of the best times there. So cool to spot deer on property each morning. Blue ridge was responsive to any questions I had. Thanks!

Absolutely stunning cabin on top of a mountain with a perfect deck view of Grandfather Mt. Everything was clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the property for four days and three nights, It was simply marvelous. The house and property was clean and welcoming. Everything we needed was at the house. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The home was clean, the beds were super-comfortable. There was more than enough space for the group, No one, from the oldest in our group (74) to the youngest (18 mths) wanted to leave. We will definitely be back!!

My friends and I stayed here for a girl's weekend in the mountains, and we couldn't have found a better cabin for our getaway! We loved relaxing in the hot tub, taking in the Mountain View's, and hanging out in the spacious living areas. Exploring downtown Boone was also a blast, and the drive to and from was quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

This may be the best cabin I've stayed in. There was plenty of room for our three families. It was clean. The 3 king size beds/bedrooms (2 with master bath) and three floor separation was great when we wanted separate. Beds were comfortable.. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong option. The hot tub was wonderful. The drive up to the cabin was not too bad (winter ice/snow might be different but we went in September). The views from all balconies were perfect. Would definitely rent again for a large party of people. Only wish we were there longer than 2 nights. We were sad to leave this beautiful home.

We had an amazing time! The cabin was perfect for our family. After snowboarding all day at Sugar and Beech Mtn (15min and 30min drives from the cabin), we cooked every meal in the kitchen, soaked in the hot tub, built a few fires and our boys enjoyed hours of fun on the ping pong and pool table?? Had a few maintenance issues but they were quick to respond and correct. Can't wait to come back and make some more Comptime memories!

We enjoyed this house immensely!! The pictures certainly reflect the property. There was plenty of room, and the multiple master suites were a hit. The WiFi supported all of us schooling or working from the house along with streaming TV. The hot tub was clean, spacious, and in just the right location for a gorgeous sunset! You will LOVE this house!!

Amazing and beautiful house! The space for 4 families to spread out was great. Hot tub and views from the porch were a hit. Had an issue when we first checked in and it was immediately handled by the rental company. House is very convenient to Hawksnest for tubing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had several questions prior to our rental date. The office staff were easily accessible via phone and email. They gave prompt and accurate answers and were very friendly and willing to help. I found them super easy and enjoyable to work with. I would definitely recommend BRMR and use them again myself! The house was clean, even nicer than expected. Kitchen was well stocked. Property was as described. Views were amazing!!

Comptime was the perfect place for our group to spend the weekend together at. The house was beautiful and spacious enough to easily fit our 12 guest group. We loved being able to see the face on grandfather mountain from our porch while watching the sun rise or set. The outdoor hot tub was a hit at night, and the kitchen offered everything necessary to make our meals. We also enjoyed being able to play pool or ping pong in the basement! Vehicles with 4WD could make it up to the upper driveway without question, but the lower driveway was more convenient for cars without. The location was just far enough outside of Boone to feel secluded from the business, but close enough to make daily trips into town. The owners were helpful and understanding about anything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Our 2 families had a great time at this house. It has a great footprint with bedrooms, bathrooms, and recreational areas. It assist has a superb view of the mountains, including Grandfather Mtn. We will definitely consider booking again next fall!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Comptime. The property was simply majectic. 6 adults, 2 teen boys, 10 yr old boy and 4 yr old girl .... all enjoyed the game room and hot tub. If natural snow had been present, 4 wheel drive or chains would be required. This property was conveniently located at Seven Devils between Boone and Banner Elk. The mountain views were spectacular at sunrise and sunset.

My wife and I and 4 other couples had an incredible time at Comptime. The cabin is beautiful, spacious and accommodating with lovely views and amenities. It was extremely clean when we arrived, and the instructions left around the house really helped make the property useable right away. I would highly recommend Comptime to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly, the house was in perfect condition, clean and ready for us! Beautiful view, great customer service. We had an issue with the door lock and called maintance and they were able to help within 20 minutes. Location is great, in between all the best ski mountains. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time at Comptime this summer. The house was very large and comfortable for our party of 6 adults and 2 kids. The views of Grandfather Mountain were beautiful, and the location felt like you were far away but are so close to many things in the area. After a long (or not so long) day of hiking, it was great having the hot tub on the back deck. Soaking while watching the sun go down...fantastic! A major positive was the ladies at the rental office who were so nice, helpful and professional. Not always the case with some VRBO properties, but this seems to be very well run. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly impressed A gorgeous house near the top of the mountain offered great views in a quiet setting and convenient access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, various hiking locations and to Boone. The neighbor's house was quite close, but did not impact our stay.

I just wanted to let you know how amazing we all thought our rental of Comptime was. We were overwhelmed at the house......I think I found my dream mountain home. Thank you for making such a beautiful property available to the public for renting. To say that our families enjoyed the property is a significant understatement; it well surpassed our expectations!! Moreover, the staff at Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals are some of the sweetest, most pleasant people that I have encountered. I spoke to at least 5 different people during the planning of my trip, and they all were all absolutely wonderful. Your staff's customer service and genuine kindness is EXCELLENT!
