On behalf of the whole group of 8 adults, 9 grandkids and 2 golden doodles. We wanted to thank the owners of "Clouds Rest" at Eagles Nest for a great week. We hiked, fished, played games and sat by the fireplace during the evening. The whole week was wonderful and hope to do it again next year. Our final night we attended the concert and had a great closing evening. thanks for a great family week.

Property was perfect for our graduation weekend! My daughter was graduating from ETSU so my entire family joined us at Clouds Rest at Eagles Nest. Beautiful home with enough beds for the entire family! Even worked with us so we could make it to beginning ceremony on first night if our stay! Amazing weekend!

Clouds Rest was an absolute dream to stay at! We had 4 families total and everyone was very comfortable with plenty of room. The main event was most definitely the view! The sunrise and sunset were absolutely stunning. I now know how it got its name “Clouds Rest”. We will most definitely be coming back to this house! Blue Ridge was also very easy to work with and I plan to use them more in the future for our trips up north.

Clouds Rest is beautiful and was perfect for our family and friends who were with us. We loved having two master bedrooms and all of the room in the basement for the kids. We had 11 people in our group and we had plenty of space. Make sure you follow directions sent by the rental agency because GPS did not work for us. The area is gorgeous and we loved seeing all of the deer every day.

My family had a fabulous time on this mountain and in this home! There are so many things to do on Eagles Nest Mountain. We enjoyed hiking, mini golf, archery and live music Saturday night. The home had a great sound system for family movie night and lots of seating inside and out for family meals and games. You must plan to be home for the sunsets! It couldn't be a more perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Clouds Rest at Eagles Nest was a perfect venue for my husband and I, our three children and their spouses and our seven grandchildren. The view was spectacular, the house was roomy and comfortable and the second kitchen came in handy. Plenty to do in the outdoors. The hikes down the mountain paths were much nicer than the hikes back up the mountain! We all enjoyed the Saturday night concert in the amphitheater. A must do!

I have nothing but great things to say about the house, property, amenities and management team. This place was absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. It has everything you need and more. The description does not do justice to how much space is available. The bunks are double beds, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, keurig and regular coffee makers, 2 full size refrigerators and freezers, plenty of blankets, hot tub towels, movies, board games, air play on TV, bluetooth speakers.

Sometimes trusting the pictures is a gamble but this home is even better than the pictures. All amenities were maintained and in perfect condition and property management was extremely great about responding promptly, leading up to and after our stay. A group of our friends got together to Ski and celebrate Christmas and it was perfect. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to be comfortable, and the views were out of this world! Would definitely come back!!

What an amazing home and community. This home is located perfectly with great sunset views. We traveled with four families from all ages and had a great time. The home was clean with many upgrades such as the Sonos home theatre system with speakers located throughout the home. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the adults enjoyed the views. We didn't even leave the resort in four days. The amenities of Eagles Nest are endless. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation.

There was no problem with renting the house. Customer service was very good. The house feels safe. The planning of the house is just genius. The views from the balconies you would have to just see for yourself. The house is super clean, and new seems like the house was just recently built. The fireplaces and hot tub were easy to use. The kitchen had everything you would need. Kitchen, living, and dining rooms were very spacious. The beds, linen, towels were included and were washed and clean. All the TVs were big and modern. The chimneys and fireplaces created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The driveway is big enough to fit about 15 cars. Overall it didn't feel like we ever left home. If God let's we would rent this house again.

First class home with extra touches like Sonos sound throughout the home that you can enjoy from your phone. The kids can sled at the bottom of the hill in the backyard for hours. The kitchen allowed for unlimited food storage and overflow in the lower level bar area too, with a wine fridge too. The bunker room for the 10 kids we hosted was magical and perfect for our little ones, and parents too! Ha. Great communication via the VRBO app with the management team especially when we needed maintenance on a Saturday to help troubleshoot an amenity. We will be repeat customers of this VRBO! Do not forget to maximize your time in the hot tub on the lower level especially when watching a snow storm. Truly an amazing place!

We had such an amazing time at the Clouds Rest home during our vacation. The view of the mountains is spectacular. This home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We traveled with four families (9 adults and 8 kids) and the house was spacious and so comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults enjoyed many nights in the hot tub and playing pool. The fire place outside was perfect for s'mores with the kids. We also loved The Great Camp area in the Eagles Nest property. All the kids loved playing in the tree house and the playground area. The house is super close to Sugar Mountain where we went skiing and tubing. We traveled in January and had so much fun playing in the snow around the house. Lots of snow ball fights and snow angels. One recommendation if you're traveling from far away is to make sure you rent a car with 4WD (especially in the winter). We had an amazing time and we couldn't have picked a more perfect home. Clouds Rest is gorgeous! Our experience with Blue Ridge Rentals was also exceptional. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided all the information needed for our stay. I highly recommend renting this home for your next vacation.
