This was our second year at Carolina Charm. It's almost the perfect home, and for our extended family, it IS perfect. We love It's spacious layout. We love the fire pit area. We love the location. Let's just say, we love Carolina Charm! The owners keep it so well stocked with most everything you could need, and as always Blue Ridge Rentals provided essentials for your stay. We will be back again hopefully.

The Carolina Cabin is located in a beautiful, quiet wooded area with a remote feel, but it is surprisingly close to both Boone and Banner Elk. The upper and lower king suite bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with a private feel. The middle queen bedrooms provided easy access for our senior guests. We especially enjoyed the outside areas of the cabin including the porches, rocking chairs and hot tub. The firepit area was outstanding with level ground, plenty of chairs and a large stone & metal ring pit. The grandchildren loved making smores over the open fire on the cold evening nights. All in all, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Carolina Charm.

Carolina Charm is exceptional! Our family loved it, and everyone wants to come back. The cabin has everything you need, about as well stocked as any place we've rented. We loved the firepit and roasting marshmallows with our 93 year old mother/grandmother. Blue Ridge Rentals is great to do business with! We had plenty of all the essentials when we arrived, including made beds! Private and spacious!

Carolina Charm was perfect for our family gathering. The mountain setting was peaceful, beautiful and felt secluded. A short drive to Boone or Banner Elk and all those locale's have to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

The group has been coming to Carolina Charm for over a decade. As always the folks at Blue Ridge rental were great to work with. The house was perfect and the group enjoyed ourselves. Loved the ping pong table!

This home is great, The views are extraordinary. The wrap around deck mid level was over the top, The amount of effort put into the interior decorations made me believe the owners must have been planning on living here instead of placing it on the market for us to enjoy. Kitchen was well very well stocked. It is just far enough out of town but yet close enough if ya needed to make a quick run to the store.

We LOVED this House!!!! We were actually staying in another place in Banner Elk that was Terrible and we’re SO Relieved when we got Here!!! Everyone had enough space and the hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing

This house was so big and comfortable. We had 2 couples, and 3 single people. We all had privacy and plenty of space. We got to enjoy the hot tub, indoor fireplace, and outdoor fireplace. It was so fun with the amenities, being able to enjoy the different parts of the house. The game room downstairs was the perfect place to hang out, play pool, and enjoy each others company. I would highly recommend this house. I also would highly recommend this house. They let me check in early, without me having to ask. They notified me hours before out check in that it was clean and we were welcome to go. I have never had a rental company do that, and we greatly appreciate the hospitality.

Carolina Charm is a fantastic house that is just minutes away from Boone and Banner Elk. We loved being close to Vale Crucis and their wonderful park which is great for kids and walking dogs. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this house playing pool, ping pong, and making use of the hot tub!

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars. Incredible location, secluded but close to everything at the same time, hot tub facing a killer view. When they say the kitchen is stocked it is STOCKED with everything you need. No complaints from anybody the whole weekend. Definitely worth booking!

The stay was great and the view was beautiful. The pictures do not do this home justice. It was comfortable and just an awesome getaway for my large party. The renters provided us with everything we needed and if we had questions I used the Airbnb app with an almost immediate response. Everything was within driving distance such as the mountains or shopping. I could not have been happier with this stay.

Great stay, beautiful house and bigger than the pictures made it look. Great location, very secluded and it was great for a big group to hangout outside. Dogs had plenty of room to run around. Would stay here again.

Girls weekend trip! The serenity and location was awesome! Got to go for a walk that felt like a hike every morning with my dog. The hot tub, pool table, and firepit allowed us to enjoy hanging out without having to leave the property. Sleep space was perfect. Everything was better than advertised - they even had a crock pot which we had forgotten to bring one and was pleasantly surprised! Great place for a group getaway!

The layout was fantastic with ample rooms, beds and baths. Well appointed, clean and terrific mountain feel. Lots of games etc for the family to enjoy if you want a chill day inside or get snowed in!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Charm. The owners have certainly thought of everything from a hot tub, to games, puzzles, ping pong, pool table, and corn hole boards. The place was clean and nicely laid out for multiple families. Bedrooms were spacious enough to use blow up mattress on most bedroom floors (although we did not need to). Plenty of room to spread out and great gathering areas. Carolina Charm did not disappoint.

This was the most amazing trip we have ever taken. We had the best experience ever with the company checking in to make sure we were good on a periodic basis without overwhelming us and everything was absolutely ?. I will definitely rent through the company again, recommend to anyone I can and for sure rent this cabin again. The home really met our needs for a family gathering with private areas on each floor but plenty of gathering spaces and games. The fire pit was great and hot tub used a lot during our stay. Location was convenient to Boone, hiking, waterfalls, breweries, wineries, and Earth Fare delivered within an hour. Bring firewood and a hammock. Enjoy.

Our family enjoyed our weekend at Carolina Charm. Very well supplied kitchen, plenty of entertainment opportunities inside and out. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside. A large table so we all could sit down together for every meal. Great place for multiple families.

We highly recommend using Blue Ridge Rentals. Our cabin, Carolina Charm, was absolutely perfect for our group. It was exactly as shown on the website. Blue Ridge was great to work with, we received emails with all info needed as well as complete directions and additional info of places of interest and things to do during our stay. We could not have chosen better accommodations for our moms and sons getaway. In addition to all the fun activities in the area from tubing to ziplining, great dining to fun shopping, beautiful hikes to stocked fishing holes...we found the house to have everything we could want to keep entertained rain or shine. The firepit, hot tub, pool table and games were all huge hits with the boys. Great memories made!

Our recent stay at Carolina Charm was AMAZING! The home was clean and inviting. There were so many extras in the home: games, puzzles, books, movies! These extra touches made us feel right at home! We had family game time every evening before relaxing by the fire pit (which I might add was PERFECT!) My entire family said they want to return next year, so I'm sure we will be contacting you later this fall about reserving some time next year! Thanks again for helping to make our vacation PERFECT! Our family rented Carolina Charm through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large family. The house offered amenities that were a perfect match for our family gathering. There was an incredible supply of games, puzzles, and movies for our use. Upon arrival, Blue Ridge Rentals checked in with us to be sure everything was as it should be. It was. Their customer service throughout was the best that I've experienced thus far. We highly recommend Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals.

We have rented from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals for several years. The last three have been in Carolina Charm and we all love it. If there is any problems with the property it is quickly resolved. (We had a coffeemaker that didn't work and they immediately brought another one). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay. We went with a group of friends and brought our 3 and 5 year old. It was nice that the pool table was on the bottom floor and the room where the kids stayed was on the third floor. We were able to put the kids to bed and hang out with everyone without having to worry. The location was great easily accessible to everything!!
