The hot tub was nice and hot, large.... and clean.

The cabin was a nice place to stay for our long weekend get away. We had 5 people staying, the accommodations were great. The dogs loved the yard and deck. Kitchen could use more pots/pans/cookie sheets but we made do with what was provided. The grill did run out of propane after one use and there was no spare that we could find. All in all, it was a nice place to stay minus a few minor issues. If you are traveling with your dogs, it’s a great space for them.

We are from Florida and wanted a change of scenery in addition to a peaceful and quiet New Year's Eve. Vista View was perfect for this. We had our 2 dogs who were grateful for the quiet New Year's Eve as normally they would need to be medicated and hide underneath the bed. We even got a little snow the eve and New Year's Day which we were quite excited about being Floridians. The cabin was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. Communication was quick and responsive. Thank you!

Vista View was just what we needed for a memorable relaxing vacation for our family. Beautiful views, plenty of space, and a great layout with bedrooms on all 3 floors. Our dog enjoyed the wrap around porch with gates at each set of steps and large fenced in yard. Perfect porch for coffee in the mornings and grilling in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Fully fenced yard, which our two boxer dogs loved, along with the full wrap around porch that was perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. The place was spacious but cozy and beautifully designed. Great WiFi & streaming, even amidst heavy thunderstorms. We had such a lovely family weekend away here! The kids were totally entertained with the game room and my husband and I sat on the porch almost the entire time. Even the weather didn't damper our stay as we stayed under the overhang and drank our coffee watching the rain roll in. Super fun trails and shops close by for a day trip. We would love to visit again in the future!

Excellent communication prior, during and in follow-up from our check out. Property is nestled between Boone and Banner Elk. Amazing location, just a hop,skip and a jump to the Mast General. Outdoor fire pit, appreciated the views on the back porch while rocking in the rocking chairs. Indoor fireplace was nice for taking the chill off the morning air. Having 2 Owners Suites was a big plus. Beautiful, fenced in yard, game room…this place has it all!

Outdoor fire pit, appreciated the views on the back porch while rocking in the rocking chairs. Indoor fireplace was nice for taking the chill off the morning air. Having 2 Owners Suites was a big plus. Beautiful, fenced in yard, game room…this place has it all!

Wonderful house with great views - very clean and plenty of space for 3 couples. Personally I would make sure to bring a 4WD or AWD vehicle because the drive up the mountain is very steep with tight turns!

The house was beautiful, peaceful and the kitchen was well stocked. Very pet friendly even for little dogs. The game room and hot tub were awesome additions. I would maybe consider bringing extra paper towels if you are staying more than a few days.

It was an easy experience to rent with good communication with the rental agency. The cabin was as pictured and was very nice and spacious. It was well stocked for kitchen needs and Linens and towels. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend staying here for a mountain adventure.

Vista view lives up to its name in every way! The cabin was meticulous and the owners were very thoughtful in how they have it furnished. Definitely a vacation place to return to again and again.

We came up for the Highland Games and this was the PERFECT spot for our family! We enjoyed the amenities the house provided and the view was beautiful. We were never bored and really enjoyed our time! The couches were so comfortable and I ended up napping every single time I laid on them. It was well stocked with items in the kitchen for cooking and we didn't need a thing while we were there.. the hot tub was a DREAM and just perfect for the cooler nights.. we roasted s'mores out by the fire pit and made the best memories. Beautiful, clean and every one enjoyed it!

Vista View is the perfect get-away cabin rental. It has everything you need, and then some! Fully stocked kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, fire ring, cozy seating all around, and quiet. The game room and hot tub are a bonus! Highly recommend!

Game room, hot tub, corn hole, board games, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, grill on the back deck! We stayed at the cabin for most of our visit! We had a great time with our family, and then after all the fun in the evening, the cabin is large enough for everyone to retreat to their personal space. I love it. This beautiful cabin sits near the top of a steep winding road. We found it very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed - even a crockpot. We spent time between Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain where our adult kids went skiing and snowboarding. The location of this home worked great for this purpose. We really enjoyed the fire pit and game room. The only improvements we’d suggest would be to increase linens (bath towels and kitchen towels). You get only 1 towel per guest. Thankfully there is a full size washer and dryer so the linens were a very minor inconvenience. The management company did a great job of providing check-in and check-out instructions. They stayed in contact making sure we were enjoying stay. Our family had a great time enjoying this cabin and we are picky, lol! If you get a chance to visit this part of North Carolina we highly recommend Vista View.

There are sufficient linen supplies. Check in and out was seamless. Kids loved the game room!

Very nice property. Perfect for smaller party. Really loved the wrap-around deck with mountain views and game room. My only complaints are that the carpets in upper level bedrooms were a bit dingy and bathrooms didn't seem like they were thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Garbage container outside was also overflowing from previous visitors so there was hardly any room for our trash.

Vista view is the perfect oasis in the woods! Our family is scattered and this was the perfect spot to meet in the middle. We stayed there all weekend, cooked, played games in the rec room, played corn hole, and sat around the fire pit. The house is beautiful and roomy!
