Great spot close to Sugar Mountain for our New Years snowboarding trip with enough room to share space and survive with teenagers for a few nights! Super steep steps upto the loft for the teens, but they were chill without any issue, and the comfy bed I had was really nice. Loved how many extra blankets were provided, and amazing 3rd story view out the giant window but didn't get to enjoy the balcony itself due to really windy conditions, likely better in summertime.

The place was cozy and charming, nicely updated and clean. Easy to access sugar mountain and beech! You definitely need a 4x4 for the winter if it's snowing.

This is a perfect place to enjoy the mountains. The view of Grandfather Mountain and the blue ridge mountains from the balcony are breathtaking and alone worth the stay! Very nice accommodations, a cool loft, new appliances and super comfortable king size bed. An amazing place, thank you!

My stay was a wonderful experience with views that were unbelievable of distance mountains and of course a close up view of grandfather mountain.. I spent most of my time when at this condo on the balcony.. We had a hummingbird visit us almost everyday and once while sitting on the living room couch the hummingbird buzzed into the living room to say here I am!
The master bedroom king's size bed was very comfortable and the upstairs loft bedroom work out great for my daughter.. The unit had everything we needed even a deep bathtub to soak in after a long day of hiking grandfather mountain and the winery 3 minutes down the hill that was family friendly with live music everyday and is on creek was a bonus.. The complex had common area Weber grill that I used often and the kitchen had every appliances that made it modern .. I woke up every morning to see what Mother Nature was going to show me with spectacular sunrises over the rolling mountains and sunsets that lit up grandfather mountains details ..
I want to thank Blue ridge mountain rentals for setting me up in such a great condo in such short notice from me!

My stay at Top of Seven had unbelievable views of grandfather mountain and woke up each morning to watch the sunrise.. This place is so comfortable to end the day of hiking and site seeing and the winery down the hill for live music for a glass of wine was a added bonus in the evening for the whole family with the kids playing in the creek.. The king size bed was very comfortable for me and my wife and the up stairs loft bedroom was perfect for our daughter.. A hummingbird came to pay us a visit almost everyday and once buzzed into the unit and looked around in the living room while we were sitting on the couch..This place was a wonderful getaway experience from the Florida heat .. We will definitely be back to this perfect relaxing place in the mountains! Thanks Blue ridge mountain rentals for making it happen!

We booked after seeing the beautiful view online. We are always in the mountains mid October but have always stayed at motels. We decided to treat ourselves this year and are glad we did. You can tell the condo is a little older but it is a big step up from a hotel room with no view. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for a nice shower after a day of riding and hiking. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The electric fireplace was really nice too. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and hope we can go back someday.

We had a great weekend getaway at this condo! Our children loved having the loft to themselves and the bedroom bed was super comfortable. It’s the perfect location if you’re wanting to visit Grandfather Mountain or go snow tubing!

The property was perfect for a family of 4, we were out of the condo most of the time skiing & site seeing. It’s in an excellent location to all sites from waterfalls to Grandfathers Mnt., we had a few storms while there & the wind was eerie to listen to but exciting with the snow that followed. If you want an affordable, central location with a great view I recommend. Not much privacy for couples, one bath and open concept condo, could use a small TV in Masters room. Washer & Dryer nice for wet ski clothing & kitchen helps make the trip affordable when wanting to eat in during week. We will definitely stay again and refer our friends!!
