The house was amazing. My family enjoyed everything. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Hottub was great and our kids/grandkids really enjoyed the game room! Location was perfect also. We had lots of snow/ice and the host was very diligent in keeping the driveway and roads scraped. We will definitely want to book The Trinity for our winter vacation for years to come.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was a plus. The hot tub was wonderful and stayed warm. The entire family enjoyed the game room.We had one issue with the washer not working but the problem was addressed quickly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house was nice and spacious. However, there was a snow storm a couple of days before we arrived and they failed to plow and salt the steep driveway before our arrival on Friday 12/12. We contacted the management company, blue ridge mountain rental and the host directly to report the issue and to get it resolved. We were told they will escalate the issue and try to have a vendor sent out to plow and salt the driveway as soon as possible but not guaranteed. Saturday morning came and we were stuck in the driveway as the packed in snow froze over night into a big slope of ice. We had 2 vehicles, one was four wheel drive and the other was front wheel drive. We tried several times to get out and both cars couldn't get out. We had to call road side assistance for help with a winch out. After returning from the grocery store, we parked in front of the house on the side of the street because they still hadn't plowed/salted the froze sheet of ice/packed snow on the downhill driveway and we're scared to get stuck again. We ended up get 2 tickets for parking in a fire lane. This was very disappointing. We contacted management again about the issue and we were told they couldn't reimburse us for the tickets but that we can get our own salt to salt the drive way and then submit a receipt to get reimbursed for the cost of the salt. I found that to be ludicrous. On Sunday the driveway condition worsened due to another snow storm overnight/morning. We called another tow truck to get out. (We appreciate your feedback, and we are glad you found the home nice and spacious. We do strongly recommend that guests bring AWD/4WD and to be prepared to use snow chains during the winter months. We use outside vendors for snow plowing, and this home was on the list before your arrival, but unfortunately the vendor hadn't reached it yet. We also leave both a shovel and sand at the home as well. We'd love to have you visit in any weather! - BRMR)

We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for our needs! It was clean and lovely! The hot tub was perfect and we loved hanging out and talking by the fireplace. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. The game room was a fun surprise!

This is our second time staying at The Trinity. It feels like home. Our grandchildren loved the game room. We were able to sled on the property which was great. Even with the snow and cold temps, Sugar Mountain kept the roads scrapped daily. We did not have four wheel drive but were able to get down the mountain safely.
So much more positives about this property. To end, I would highly recommend this property.

This is probably one of the first rental experiences we've had in the last 10 years without 1 single hiccup or criticism.
The amount of room to spread out at meals was very welcome.

I chose this home to spend my Birthday/Anniversary with my family/besties and it did not let us down! The home is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed! The house was exactly as described and the service was impeccable. We took our college aged kids & their friends to go skiing for a total of 10 people. There was plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well appointed. The location is close to the top of the mountain. We needed 4 wheel drive before the weekend was over. I would definitely rent again.

The property was great! This was a ski trip for my college aged children and their friends. We had room for all 10 of us to sleep comfortably and had the garage/game room for some of the kids to play pool and games. I would recommend this house. We had a small issue with the internet and hot tub which was addressed promptly.

Our whole family met here for a fall weekend to celebrate our mom's 65th birthday and we had a blast! No shortage of things to do at this house. The scenery is stunning, the house is beautiful and slept 12 of us comfortably. Everything was to be as expected. No regrets or complaints!!

My kids enjoyed skiing on Monday while we stayed warm by the fire at the house with our 1 yr old grandson. The snow on Tuesday was perfect for sleighing and playing outside. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Trinity for 3 nights as part of a weekend ski trip. The location is very convenient to Sugar Mountain, and is also only a 15-20 minute drive to Beech. It is also very convenient to the grocery store and ski rental shops. In regards to the house itself... it was home away from home. Everything you need from linens/towels/soap to kitchen utensils to make a comfortable stay. The extra/2nd dryer in the garage was a very nice touch for drying all of our ski gear! Amenities were top notch as well! Lots to keep you entertained around the house between the pool table, ping pong table, playstation 3, and hot tub. We would definitely stay again for another ski trip to the Banner Elk area!

We stayed at the Trinity for 3 nights as part of a weekend ski trip. The location is very convenient to Sugar Mountain, and is also only a 15-20 minute drive to Beech. It is also very convenient to the grocery store and ski rental shops. In regards to the house itself... it was home away from home. Everything you need from linens/towels/soap to kitchen utensils to make a comfortable stay. The extra/2nd dryer in the garage was a very nice touch for drying all of our ski gear! Amenities were top notch as well! Lots to keep you entertained around the house between the pool table, ping pong table, playstation 3, and hot tub. We would definitely stay again for another ski trip to the Banner Elk area!

Our stay in The Trinity was fabulous. A beautiful house on top of the mountain. Such a relaxing place to enjoy God's majestic mountain creation. This was perfect for a quiet get away with my husband. Very secluded yet close enough to many of the area activities.

Just like it's sister house "The Scarboro", "The Trinity" is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We have used this house, along with the neighboring property, for the past two years for an annual family reunion. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after taking care of others all day. We will definitely be back!

A great long weekend surprise birthday for my wife was made even more fantastic because of The Trinity. Tremendous location, amenities, and cleanliness we could not ask for any more. The pool table, table tennis and video games kept the grandchildren occupied while the adults enjoyed the deck and hot tub and the view.

I booked this rental for a long weekend trip with friends. We LOVED it. Because of the number of people/couples in our party, we needed several bedrooms with combinations of single and double beds and it worked out great. Since it rained for a good part of the weekend, we enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong table. The rental was also conveniently located to the ski resorts. Due to the weather, we didn't get to use the campfire area or the hot tub, but they looked nice as well.

The house is immaculate, the location is perfect. The best slopes in NC are within 10 minutes from front door to slopes. We had all the crockery to make a nice dinner one night, and to top it off, there is a Food Lion at the base of the mountain so if you forget butter (I did), it's a quick 5 minute drive. The linens and towels where clean and there was never a shortage of hot water despite the fact that we had 11 people in the house. The Jacuzzi was nice and hot when we got there and we used it at least three nights, no matter how cold it got for us Floridians! My only complaint about the house was that I lost a game of pool... Sitting by the fireplace playing cards and warming up after a long day of skiing will surely be something that we all remember for years to come.

Wow! This is great place, I brought my family (of 5) to stay for four days and we did not wanted to go! This a beautiful home, well taken care of, well furnished with appliances, TVs in every room plus a lot of other entertainment within the home ( pool table, arcade for the kids, etc.). This place is excellent for family with kids. It has a few restaurants close by and a supermarket for your groceries. You are also 5 minutes from a ski resort and 25 min from Boone. I recommend this place 100% you will really enjoy!
