The view was beautiful. Very quick responses when we needed anything. If you request firewood I would ask they put it inside ours was left outside and it snowed so it was wet and we could use it I would also make sure there is a shovel and trash bin at the rental property those were the two things missing for us. over all great place to host a large group with many activities inside and outside.

Superbly equipped accommodation, has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Even though the unit is part of the owners home, it is designed in such a way as to feel completely separate and private. We only saw the owners on a couple of occasions during the week, but they made it clear that if we needed anything, we just had to ask. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and we hope to return in the not too distant future. Thank you Stephanie and Mick for making us feel welcome and thank you for the Cream Tea on arrival.

We loved our stay here. We traveled to Banner Elk for a wedding with a group of friends. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, enough and enough dishes for a big crowd. There were lots of games to keep every one entertained, and a lovely porch with plenty of seating.
The house itself was clean when we arrived and looked just like the photos. The natural light is incredible! It was also great to be at the top of the hill away from other houses. It felt very private.
The organization in the kitchen wasn't the best, and there weren't clear linens to use on the pull out sofas. Other than that, our stay was lovely, the rental company accommodated our needs and was responsive! We'd definitely stay here again.

House is great for family with children and the one bedroom cabin is good if grandparents come along. Blueridge has great people working for them and they take care of any inconvenience you may encounter. We have been staying in blueridge homes for over 10 years and have only encountered two minor things that were taken care of quick. 5 Stars

This house is beautiful and what a view. The house everything that you could need and enjoy. the outside had great views of the mountain tops and enjoyed watching the deer play near by. If you have a big family, this place is perfect for all ages.

We had our wedding at overlook barn and my family (brides side) rented the main house and my *now husband* and I had the smaller guest house. This was the perfect set up for privacy while still having ample family time and gathering space. The house was in a great location and we absolutely loved it! A few small challenges with trash removal but the management company was quick to respond and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again and do recommend for large group gatherings - especially for Overlook Weddings!

It was a great stay. Spotty cell service was the only complaint but that isn’t something the host can control. Wifi was available so that helped once we got there. Beautiful view!

We enjoyed the house and the location very much. The house did have several minor maintenance issues. While these issues did not hamper our stay, they were annoying. (two loose toilet seats, three slow drains and a leaky faucet) We did not expect to have maintenance issues for the price that we paid. I did send an email to Blue Ridge to let them know of the problems.
Still overall, we had a great stay and would consider returning in the future.

The Summit of Beech was perfect for our guys weekend. 6 guys with plenty of room to hangout. The deck and view on the main house are better than any pictures would do justice. We had everything that we needed and the place was clean on arrival. We had zero complaints and are looking forward to returning.

View was amazing! House was well stocked with kitchen utensils. We had plenty of room for a crew of 8. Kids enjoyed the pool table, foosball, darts & hot tub. Only 7-8 minutes from ski lift parking.

The stay at these pair of cabins was amazing. The view takes your breath away walking in the front door. Very clean, lots to do, good communication. Will be looking to stay here for future trips to beech mountain. Highly recommended
