We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the mountain briar cabin. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy. Our grandkids also loved the downstairs game room and it was a nice area for them to “get away” and have some fun on their own. We especially loved the convenience of the gas fireplace. It was nice to come home after a hectic day and just press a button and have an instant fire in the main living room. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a spacious and cozy cabin in the mountains.

This property is outstanding and far exceeded our expectations! Arrived after dark on freezing night and walked in to warm and beautiful lighted Christmas Decorations and Tree! Highlights are the large gas log fireplace, awesome hot tub, and game room with pool table and arcade game console! Special touches were coffee and hot chocolate “fixins” and christmas themed paper products. There was everything we needed and more! The property is a “15” out of “10” and highly recommended if you're looking for an ideal mountain rental!

Our stay at the Mountainbriar Lodge in Beech Mountain was wonderful! Easy entry to the cabin right into the well-stocked kitchen. Off the kitchen is a huge dining room with seating for all. Living room with comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace. French doors lead out to a wraparound deck with a large couch and a propane firepit. We enjoyed the grill....yes, even in the colder weather. Super comfortable beds! A huge master bedroom and bath with jetted tub! All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms...super convenient. On the lower level, played pool and watched movies. Access to the hot tub with seating for 6. We will definitely be back

The appliances and kitchen supplies were great cause we cooked several meals. Grill was cleanest I've ever seen. Gas fireplace and pit were terrific. I would definitely restay there again. Host was the best!!!

We booked this house for our party of 12 including adults, teenagers, and young children. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful decor, serene location, proximity to activities, and included amenities. The house was great! Power went out two of the nights my group stayed, but it was stormy weather and there was quick communication from the host once notified. Roads getting to the house are not paved snd subject to weather aswell.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the wonderful stay in this house. Our children had an incredible experience, immersed in the forest and listening to the sounds of nature. One of my daughters even commented: "Mom, it seems like the trees want to be silent", which really shows how important nature is to these teenagers. Making marshmallows with the children was unforgettable fun! The house was impeccably clean and well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. This house is warm, inviting, big, and well decorated. We had 4 couples, and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, and the downstairs game room is amazing! All of us agreed that we wished we could have stayed even one day longer! The rental management company was pleasant to deal with and very responsive. If you have a party of 6 -10, this place is for you!

Very well appointed cabin. Everything was clean and in good working order. Plenty of space for everyone, and the air conditioning was great. We were initially given the wrong door lock code, but with a phone call, was reset in about 20-30mins.

The house was amazing, it had all top of the line appliances that we would need for cooking. They were nice enough to put up a Christmas tree before we arrived. Overall one of the best cabins we have stayed in, and had plenty of room for my family of 6. Ski sloops are just 9 mins away, they even had firewood. Highly recommend.
