Loved our stay here. Location and the house are fantastic. The views are stunning and the house is beautiful. We had some challenges with the cleanliness of the house, but, in fairness to BRMR, they offered to send a cleaning team out after we sent photos of how much hair there was. Our stay was only for a few nights and the dog hair was covering so much that we just took care of it ourselves. Be mindful, It is pet friendly and they charge extra for cleaning fees (we were thinking of taking our dog but didn't in the end). The house, however, was covered in dog hair - even the kitchen countertops and table. Considering their cleaning fees both standard and pet fees it was shocking how much we had to vacuum. Other than the cleaning issues, the stay was fab and the house was excellent. (Mgt - we appreciate this feedback, and it has been shared with our cleaning team so this can be addressed).

The house is in a very nice area. Very close to both downtown Bonnie and Blowing Rock. I would definitely stay here again. My only concerns are the step from the dining room area to the living space is not to code. There should be a white paint stripe on top of the step. My mother-in-law fell when stepping down.Thankfully she did not get hurt. Could’ve been much worse. The beds need some attention; if you roll over they squeak. The fire pit was an amazing addition and the basement is full of fun. Other than those very few concerns we had a very pleasant time. I would recommend this home.

We were caught up in Helene during our original date and BRMR was very communicative and understanding. We rescheduled for March and had a great stay. Every communication was forthright and gave us all the details we needed. The property was just as advertised.

Me and my friends had the best weekend trip here! Perfect day and space for corn hole and a cook out, There is so much to do around the house and the view and weather were just perfect. We will definitely be coming back here for our next ski trip!

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had so much to do when we returned in the evenings from sightseeing and visiting family.
