The gourmet kitchen is a haven for culinary aficionados, boasting top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and a layout that effortlessly caters to both intimate dinners and grand gatherings with its two dishwashers. With abundant counter space and island, and every modern convenience at your disposal, creating culinary masterpieces becomes an art form.
On the lower level of the home is the second living space, a sanctuary of entertainment and leisure. Featuring a pool table, this space is designed for laughter, camaraderie, and endless fun. After a lively game, unwind with a movie, where plush seating and captivating decor invite relaxation. Provided is a gym station with Peloton, dumbbell sets, yoga mats, resistance bands, and a foam roller. Stepping outdoors onto the lower patio, the natural wonder unfolds before you. A private hot tub beckons, offering a haven of relaxation next to the waterfall feature. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and share stories, enveloped by the beauty of the surrounding landscape including massive boulders.
The 6 bedrooms are individually appointed with luxurious furnishings, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are a study in luxurious comfort, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. On the main level, the king suite offers convenience and elegance. The upper level boasts three king suites, each a retreat of indulgence. The lower level features another king suite and a charming bunk suite with two sets of twin over twins, offering versatility for accommodating guests or family members.
This exceptional home is not just a place to live, but a lifestyle to experience. From the expansive interiors to the captivating views, game room, fire pit, hot tub, and hiking trails, every facet of this property has been thoughtfully designed to offer the epitome of luxury living in harmony with nature. Welcome to a world where opulence and outdoor exploration seamlessly intertwine, creating a haven that exceeds every expectation.
- Mature, well trained dogs under 60lb only. Pet fee is $50/night each, 3 Dogs max.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The driveway is uphill and gravel.
- There is an amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
-Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
