The location was perfect for exploring, the cabin was impeccably clean, and Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was incredibly responsive and friendly. The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. The Elk River is steps away and worth a trip down whether you are fishing or just dipping a toe in. The surrounding area had plenty of room for our dog to run and the River Club has a wonderful separated feel to it despite being off the main highway. We had no trouble with traffic noise. The interior was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Our kids loved venturing outside. Would highly recommend this property and would visit again!

River's Edge is our family's favorite cabin. We love the wrap around porch and short walk to the creek. We have been coming back to this cabin for 4 years. Each year when we arrive, we notice new updates. This year we noticed new bedding, furniture, dishes, cups, and coffee maker to name a few. The cabin is always clean and provides all you need in the kitchen. The facilities are amazing at Eagles Nest and much like our cabin, receives updates each year. Blue Ridge Rentals takes care of everything needed from booking to ensuring everything is great during your trip. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Rentals and Eagle's Nest for your next trip!

Perfect cabin for our family of 5! Our boys loved the bunk beds and thought the secret door was so fun and just their size! Our boys also loved the playground, the mini golf course, and fishing in the creek. Peaceful, quiet, and close proximity to downtown Banner elk. Highly recommend

We had a great time! The heat didn't work when we arrived. The sent someone ASAP to get it fixed, which was much appreciated. The house was very beautiful. The detail in and around the home was spectacular.
I will say that the 3rd bedroom situation is a little odd and really should only be used for kids. The home wasn't huge. I would recommend a single family only stay there. Loved the privacy and outdoor area. Great stay

This is our second year at Rivers Edge. This cabin is the best. Multiple decks, plenty of room for the whole family and so many upgrades throughout the cabin. This location is amazing near the creek and fishing ponds. There are so many amenities when staying at Eagles Nest. This year we attended the live music at the amphitheater where there were food trucks and a bar. We also played mini golf, teether ball, archery, fishing, ping pong and darts to name just a few! The staff at Blue Ridge are top notch. We will definitely be back!

This is an adorable property. My kids were so excited about the room under the stairs, but ended up sleeping upstairs. The room under the stairs has a door open to the outside, so smaller kids might want to be closer to their parents but teens would probably love having their private space. There were marshmallow sticks on site for roasting marshmallows and towels for the hot tub. It also has a pod coffee maker and a regular coffee maker in the cabinet. I bought pods but could've brought my regular ground coffee. It took about 15 or so minutes to get to the sledding area across the street, but it's right next to the dog park. It was nice to let our dog run around the dog park while we did a little sledding. Overall great stay.

This cabin was beautifully designed and built with a lot of nice details/upgrades. Location is great and central to the areas must see spots. The "secret bunk room" is awesome for kids. Being so close to a river is great but there is not a clear view of the river and you must walk a bit to see it (nice fire pit sitting area on the river side). There was a horrible smell outside the entire time we were there and that truly is the only complaint we have and I suspect it was the fault of neighbors not this property. Would definitely visit again.

This is a beautiful house. The description makes it sound like it is closer to the river. The river is a short walk away. Our only complaint is that more chairs are needed on decks. There are only bench seats. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our cabin. We loved the layout and all the upgraded amenities (like the heated toilet seats!!!) and really felt at home during our stay. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the fire pit for s'mores and the porch was perfect for entertaining. We also loved the beautiful location and only being a short walking distance to the creek. We all agreed we will stay here again!!

Absolutely thrilled with this rental property! We could not have asked for a better location that was not only gorgeous but had a nice flat driveway and room for several cars! The cabin was brand new and the amenities were top of the line! From heated toilet seats to plenty of storage space for everyone, we could not have asked for more! We felt very spoiled and it was hard to leave! I rarely find places that I plan to return to on vacation, but this is one of those rare gems!!!
