This place is such a gem!! Huge property and house, it really feels like a private getaway. Gorgeous wrap around porch with a couch swing and lots of seating. The house was perfectly equipped for a large party, tons of space for the kids to play and very cozy accommodations. We will absolutely be back!

Aside from not being able to get in contact with the rental company during office hours, our stay was great! Exactly as described and a great location/ house. (Please note that our team spoke to her multiple times, and this guest showed up multiple hours early, despite being told that unfortunately an early check in was not possible, and was frustrated that they still had to wait. - BRMR)

This was our first trip to Blowing Rock North Carolina. Our family trip was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the hot tub, the indoor fire place and the game room. Your home was very comfortable and spacious for our family of ten including 4 children. We spent many days going into Blowing Rock and Boone. We had a great time hiking and sightseeing both area towns. Our family consensus was that this was one of our favorite vacations.

There really is no comparison to the high level of customer service, quality homes, and peace of mind you get renting a vacation home from Blue Ridge Mountain rental. If you have an issue it is promptly resolved. We have been visiting the area since 2001 and BRMR houses and staff are always our first choice. This house hit all boxes of my family's top priorities- it was spotless, had a well equipped kitchen with good quality appliances, comfortable beds, an expansive covered porch with a large table for shared meals, and a big bonus was the gate at the top of the stairs that allowed us to be outside with the dogs as well as the large yard to walk them. The location was excellent and close to downtown Blowing Rock as well as a quick drive to many of our favorite hikes on the Parkway.

Such a great house! It was a cold weekend and we kept the fireplace going and the hot tub running. Great location, close enough to town but far enough out that there was nothing but stars and quiet every night! The house was stocked with games and puzzles. We had a small issue with the dishwasher leaking, called Blue Ridge and their response was immediate. We always rent through Blue Ridge because their customer service is consistent and their properties are well taken care of. Until next time!

Our stay at Rhododendron was perfect! The house was clean with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and lots of room for 6 adults and 5 small dogs. The layout was great for us. My husband and I had our 2 mini dachshunds in the Man Cave downstairs, with a nice size bed room, bathroom, and game room with plenty of seating, a billiard table, and bar area. It had a door to the outside, perfect for walking the dogs. We actually used it as the main door and parked our cars there. The main floor had a great size open plan with a great kitchen, dining area, and living room with a huge fireplace. We opted for 2 fires and the wood was stacked neatly and wrapped ready to be used. It made a lovely fire! It rained everyday, but the huge covered porch was perfect for picnic lunches and just being outside out of the wet. The two single ladies each had a bedroom and beautiful bathroom on this floor. This is where we spent most of our time all together. Eating and making plans! Cooking in the kitchen was fun! We had breakfast and supper most days here. One night we used the lovely Webber grill for hamburgers and hotdogs. Yum! The upstairs was gorgeous and the 2 girls and their dogs stayed up there. Beautiful bedroom, huge bath with soaker tub, games, an extra Queen and single bunk bed, loft area just suited the birthday girl (21st) and sister. Lovely memories of a wonderful vacation!

Such a great house for our whole family.....babies, dogs and all. We spent the week after Christmas and it was perfect. The three levels allowed for privacy but with a central space to hang out. Great outdoor space for everyone to run around. We had such a nice week!

Rhododendron Rendezvous - Really Nice. We can't wait to return. The property was ideally located for a fantastic fall weekend in the mountains. Our only complaint is we did not schedule enough time to stay. Incredibly well thought out and cozy. The communication by Blue Ridge was outstanding. I am actually in the Vacation Rental Management business and I gleaned a number of new ideas to share with my staff. Cannot say enough great things about this property. They thought of everything.

We took our family, horses and 2 dogs on a mini fall vacation. We found this house on VRBO. It was perfect for our family. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. Being tucked away down a dead end side road made it perfect for the dogs. The bedding was very comfortable! The trip was perfect. The house was only about 10 minutes from town.
