Red White & Views at Eagles Nest

Perfect accommodations for our family. We had perfect weather. I think it’s worth mentioning some of the fun things that are there for the kids. The putt putt by the amphitheater was great. We skiid at sugar mt and had a blast. The cabin was cozy and perfect for watching Olympics at night

The house was just as described and provided the perfect retreat from the heat back home. The community is beautiful. We enjoyed hiking and seeing all the wildlife. We especially enjoyed being close to the Sportsman's Lodge, Winery and dog park. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

A beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood with great views of the mountains. Love the decor, enjoyed the Hot Tub,and spent evenings by the warming fireplace. Our pup Rosie May loved the Dog Run fenced area across the street to play catch. We are excited to return for the Summer.

Great location, clean home, plenty of amenities, Fire pit, Hot Tub, bedroom size and home layout. Slept 6 very comfortably felt bad we didn't have the kids to use the bunkbeds. Community offers everything you need to escape the mountain.

AWESOME DOG FRIENDLY HOME WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!!! THE HOUSE HAS A SMALL FENCED AREA FOR YOUR PETS WHICH IS SUPER CONVENIENT. THE BACK PORCH AND HOT TUB IS AWESOME!!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME AND OUR FAMILY WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN. Wonderful stay! We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view at all times of the day, but especially at night with the fire table. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen wall stocked. Loved being close to North Pavilion where the kids could play. It's a long drive to the house from the entrance so stock up before you head up. We will return.

Beautiful cabin - and beautiful views! Everything was wonderful. Take what you need, because you won't want to leave - due the coziness of the cabin, and because of the 20 minute drive to the main road. We hiked everyday, 2xs on the AT, and did a really fun hike within the property. If you need groceries - check out Lowe's Foods! They have it all including beer & wine to drink there. Also, Mast General Store is worth the trip. Can't wait for the next trip!

So many amenities to enjoy in Eagle’s Nest. We had plenary of room for my family of five (kids 6, 3, and newborn) and our dog. Beautiful views from the living room. And if the weather is bad they’ve got one of the biggest tvs we’ve ever seen in a rental. We would stay here again.

It was a beautiful place to stay. You definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle and not be afraid of heights to drive there though. Initially planned on snowboarding more but ended up enjoying the location and staying at the house longer to take in the views and check out the winery near by.

We loved our stay!!! The house, amenities, community, etc. was absolutely perfect for our 3 families! Our kids ranged from 14 to 3 and everyone was happy and had a blast! The adults took the 3 bedrooms and the little kids slept in the 3 level bunk in the loft. It was a perfect fit! There wasn't much snow on the ground but we found patches of it and had so much fun at the community tee-pee village, hiking trails and playground areas. Our group is from Florida and we drove up in 4WDs. For planning, it's helpful to note that the drive from the entrance of the community up to this house took us about 15 mins each way. The road up to the house was steep, curvy, with very few guard rails/barriers and very, very beautiful. It happened to be really foggy during our time there which made this drive a little more challenging, so we were a little anxious going to/from house. (Full disclosure...We are all true Floridians (rarely drive on non-flat roads), so we were probably driving slower than most who are more accustomed to any elevation above sea level.) Since this development was so new at the time of our trip, GPS hadn't caught up yet but will be shortly for sure which would be helpful too. The community management is very helpful and accessible. They said the community actively growing/ developing the roads, community maps, signage, etc. are all improving day by day which will make getting around a little easier. We made day trips for the Alpine Coaster, Grandfather Mtn Mile High Bridge, and Tubing at Sugar Mountain. I recommend all - very fun! The community really has SO much to offer, even if you don't go into town for other activities! We are definitely heading back to Eagles Nest next year!! Very Happily, The Florida Crew

Beautiful home. In stunning neighborhood. My kids had the best time playing board games inside and enjoying the snow outside. We had 2 great days of skiing. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

My husband and I stayed at Red, White and Views in November. We enjoyed the many beautiful views of the mountains, sunrise, and sunset. We brought our dog, Love, and she enjoyed exploring the dog park. We enjoyed the location—if you are looking for peace and quiet or options to explore trails— it can definitely be found here! We loved preparing meals and sitting at the amazing wood table. A great getaway for couples, families, or just a girl's weekend! A plus was being within walking distance of the winery. We look forward to returning soon and bringing our kids and grandkids.

We had a wonderful week at Eagles Nest with our family. There was so much to do. We loved the place so much we have already booked 2 weeks for next summer. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals were great! Check in and out was super easy. This was our first time up to this area and the staff at Blue Ridge couldn't be more helpful and informative. We have already told so many of our friends to definitely use Blue Ridge Mountain rentals.

I highly recommend! What an incredible place! My husband and I traveled with my son and my parents to Eagles Nest and we are so glad we did! The couches and beds were super comfortable. The windows along the back of the house showed incredible views. And the kitchen was very well stocked! There was plenty of space for all of us to move around and get quiet time to ourselves if we wanted to. My son, of course, enjoyed the games upstairs and was often found playing air hockey during our stay! It was really a great trip and we'll be back again and again!
