Magnificent view and very clean. One of the nicest and best places we have stayed at.. Night time views were unbelievable with the surrounding hills and the stars. A great place to relax and unwind.

We loved every minute of our stay at Peregrine's Perch. The views were amazing. The fireplaces were so wonderful as the weather turned cold and rainy. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We have only great things to say about Blue Ridge Rentals. We hope to come back in the Fall.

This property is beautiful. We have already rented for next year. The sunrises are breathtaking even from the master bedroom.
The area has many amenities that are very enjoyable. The Sportsman Grill serves the best breakfast and lunches…not worth cooking at home and within walking distance.

Cabin is beautiful and the views are stunning! We watched the sunrise from the top bed in the mezzanine every morning! Lots of wildlife! Every day we saw deers, rabbits, and birds all around the mountain. The ride to the cabin is steep and takes a good 15-25 min depending on the weather. Cabin is just next to town of Banner Elk and and a short ride from either Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. Beech mountain sold out quickly both days but we were able to purchase lift tickets at Sugar mountain. We highly recommend this cabin for large families.

Had a fabulous time at Peregrine's Perch! A super cute home that was such a fun surprise after an 11 hour drive from Sarasota. The online pictures of the inside were spot on. Super clean and ready for us to enjoy! I would suggest stopping at Lowe's (the cute grocery store in Banner Elk) before heading up the mountain. It was a good 15 minute trek up the mountain and we weren't used to the windy road coming from flat Florida 😉But, the views are worth the drive! Loved having the fireplaces both inside and out! Loved having the grill too! The only thing we would suggest is using the main Eagle's Nest gate entrance on your GPS and not the actual Peregrine Perch address. We ended up at a back gate we couldn't get in and it was foggy. No fun. Thankfully, someone was the EN winery helped redirect us. Once getting to the main gate, the gate staff was amazing and gave us maps and lots of useful information! Loved Misty! What a gem! The house was immaculate!! Everything was in pristine condition and exactly as pictured and detailed in the listing. The communication was wonderful with step by step driving directions, the code to the property and precautions to take on the road. We emailed to extend our stay and received a response very quickly. The views are breathtaking and the area is beautiful. We traveled down to the camp where our two boys ages 9 and 8 played on the ropes course playground. There was plenty of snow to sled in the backyard area and down the hill across from the North Pavilion. We only went into town a handful of times but banner elk was lovely and the alpine coaster is a must! We have a 4WD Yukon XL and did not have an issue getting to the property. The roads were very well kept and seemed to be cleaned often. It is a considerable drive up and over the mountain to the property, come prepared with groceries if you don't plan to leave often. It was about a 25 drive to the nearest Food Lion and 45 minutes to Boone with more shopping options. The views driving to the property are stunning. We stopped at many pull offs to take photos along the way and saw so many deer! I highly recommend this property and area. We will be back for sure. The memories we made here will stay with our family for a lifetime.

Our stay at Peregrine's Perch at Eagles Nest under the management of BRMR was nothing short of perfect! We'd stayed at the property previously when it was under the management of another company and the property was great. The mountain views are amazing from the large covered front porch with gas fireplace and TV. Despite cold temperatures and high winds, the build quality kept the house perfectly comfortable. Beds, linens, kitchen appliances and electronics were all we could have asked for. The property (Eagle's Nest) is very unique with the amenities, environment and views it offers. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away and desires outdoor activities!

This property was SO much more than just a place to stay while visiting the Smokey Mountains and Banner Elk in North Carolina! Your experience starts with an awesome trip up up the mountain heading to the cabin, passing breath taking view after breath taking view as you make the climb. When you walk through the door of the cabin, you're instantly greeted by more amazing views of the mountain range along with a well thought out open space perfect for hosting family gatherings, wine weekends, or just much needed relaxation. If your plan is to explore the local scene while in town, you're in luck! Take your pick of multiple local wineries, shoppes, and food fare to fill your day full of activities! If you're looking to wind down and just take in the views, this place has you covered with a private amphitheater and gathering area, offering live music, quality food and drinks, and personal bonfire pits. I've stayed in my fair share of rentals, and this one makes the short list of places I will make sure to visit again. If you're looking to wind down and just take in the views, this place has you covered with a private amphitheater and gathering area, offering live music, quality food and drinks, and personal bonfire pits. I've stayed in my fair share of rentals, and this one makes the short list of places I will make sure to visit again. Our stay at Eagles Nest was fantastic! The view was spectacular and we were able to enjoy all facets of the weather. We sat by the fireplace with blankets while we watched the rain come over the mountains. The fog later came in and moved through the valley like a river. The wildlife was all around; deer, bunnies, birds...in their natural habitat. The home was immaculate!! We had all the amenities and more! The decor is warm and cozy and allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable time without the daily stresses. We would definitely go again!

If you are looking for a top notch luxury cabin rental in an amazing community, that has endless activities provided, you need to stay at A Peregrine's Perch. The home is brand new, well stocked and has a stunning view with an amazing sunrise to start your day on the mountain in The Lodges at Eagles Nest. The community offers hiking, biking, equestrian trails, atv trails, water falls, concerts in the amphitheater, ropes course and the list goes on and on. No need to spend lots of money entertaining yourself elsewhere when there is a ton to do on site. This place is worth every penny. I will be staying again soon.
