There is ample deck space both on the upper and lower levels, each offering admiring views of the mountains. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the crisp summer or fall air. During winter months, stay warm and cozy by the fireplace while watching the snow flurry across the mountainside. Guests will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and the large TV in the living room. There is also additional sleeping space downstairs using a queen sized sleeper sofa.

All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. If you are staying more than 5 nights, please reach out to us so that we can manually override this fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
