Lavish mountain décor and regal furnishings, highlighted by impressionist style artwork, blend seamlessly together for a true rustic elegance. The Great room boasts a grand, tongue and groove lined cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and TV tastefully tucked into the hutch nearby. The space is free-flow to the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with stainless appliances, exquisite granite counter tops and backsplash, ornate custom cabinetry and bar seating. The formal dining area is just steps off of the Great room and kitchen and looks out onto expansive ridgeline views. ** This home is pet friendly for up to two mature, well-trained dogs with a pet fee of $25 per day, per dog. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Our rental property was exactly like pictured on the rental website. I received accurate information by the rental company when I inquired about the property. The home was immaculate upon arrival. In addition, the few questions we may have had upon our arrival was addressed quickly through email. Absolutely gorgeous property.!

Overlook at Wilderness Trail in Newland, North Carolina was truly a spectacular rental property. When we arrived, the house was immaculate. From the spacious rooms, fireplace, enormous kitchen, and Mountain View's , The property exceeded our expectations. Our family getaway was magical. We were even fortunate enough to have a little snow in which our 4 yr old granddaughter was able to do some sledding, and it was her very first snow! Anyone staying at the property during the winter months Most definitely should follow the rental companies suggestion on vehicles. It can be quite icy. The kitchen had salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters. Be sure to bring all of your spices, etc. especially if you are a family who likes to cook, we were so happy that we were totally prepared.. In addition, the beds were quite comfortable. We had a wonderful family getaway ! We highly recommend Blue Ridge rental company and renting Overlook at Wilderness Trail.
