Take in the gorgeous mountain views at this beautiful well maintained home in the desirable Villages within Eagles Nest. Come enjoy the beautiful open concept and spacious living that One Sweet Getaway offers to guests.  As you enter into the home take a seat in the living room to relax in front of the custom stone fireplace.  Gas logs make it a breeze to enjoy the ambiance that a fire provides.  You can enjoy the mounted flat screen tv or take a few steps over to the kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and custom granite counter tops.  Spend time with your family around the dining table or take your meals to the covered patio outside and enjoy the views and Mountain air.

Just past the dining area, you will find the main level primary bedroom.  This suite provides a king bed and mounted tv for guests to spread out and enjoy.  Ample storage space is available in the walk in closet and the ensuite bath boasts a beautiful double vanity as well as a a custom tile shower. Upstairs, you will turn into the second bedroom, which offers a king bed, a television, and couch.  Across from this is an additional bedroom with a queen bed an tv.  A shared bath is conveniently located between the upstairs rooms.

In spite of the numerous amenities available while staying in Eagles Nest, you may never want to leave your home.  The game room in the garage will keep you entertained all afternoon as you enjoy ping pong, giant jenga, put put golf, giant connect four, and more.  Between games, have a relax on the couches and enjoy streaming your favorite show on the game room tv.  Or, if you prefer, step outside of the living room and enjoy the sunshine and views on the deck where you will have access to a propane grill, comfortable seating, a covered dining area, and gas fire table.  In the yard below, roast some smores in the fire pit and enjoy the yard.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)

Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

 

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

 

Additional Notes:
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. 
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- There is enough parking for 4 vehicles in driveway. 
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
- The TVs in the home are smart TVs. Please bring your logins for any apps you wish to use.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

One sweet getaway is the perfect cabin to make you feel at home. It is beautifully appointed, easy to get to, and the beds were very comfortable. The view and back porch were used constantly. We will choose the spot again.

From the moment I called the company to book our stay, to the morning we checked out, everything was wonderful. I spoke with two helpful property managers to book our rental. Everything was explained thoroughly to me. Therefore, it was easy to access the neighborhood and the home- it was dark out by the time we arrived. The home was absolutely splendid- spotless, spacious, very nicely furnished with high end furniture, linens, blankets, dishes, utensils, etc…. There was a ping pong table in the garage which was awesome! The views were beautiful, neighborhood was peaceful. There were so many activities IN the neighborhood- putt putt, a gigantic fun playground, a big flat field where the kids played football with a group that had gathered there, a quaint restaurant that also had a playing field, so the kids played with these huge inflatable tubes while we waited for our food. There were food trucks and a band on one of the evenings! The entire weekend was a dream- away from the city and spending time in the fresh air. Like being back in the 80's!

We stayed in Eagles Nest which is a beautiful gated community. It's very well maintained and has friendly staff. Our house was clean and had everything we needed. The Blue Ridge team was able to answer any questions we had prior to or during the stay. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would definitely book again.

The house is lovely, the furnishings comfortable, and the view stunning. As always, Blue Ridge managed properties are spotless. I will definitely stay at One Sweet Getaway again.

The house is the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the large deck and watching wildlife come and go. Our teenage son loved having the game room / garage as his own space. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for sharing the house with us.
