Overall the property was perfect for our family, however there were a few things that were not good, the faucets in several rooms leaked and dripped, the carpets in the bedrooms were heavy stained, and felt a little dirty. The shower liner in the bottom bedroom was moldy. All of these things are very fixable. Overall experience was very pleasant and positive.. I would recommend this house to friends and family. (Mgt note - we've shared this feedback with our team to address.)

The cabin was perfect for our group of 11, age range from 1-58 years. We especially enjoyed mornings on the balcony with a gorgeous view and evening down by the fire pit. Because of it's location, there is a long winding road to get up to the cabin and back down to go into town where the shopping and restaurants are located. We were really looking forward to the master tub with jets and the hot tub, but both were out of commission. They did not notify us until our arrival day. However, they quickly and professionally responded to my phone calls and emails about that situation. They had ordered parts, but did not receive them before our departure. The management team reached out to me and made an offer to rectify things. We will definitely consider Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals in the future and we would love to visit Sugar Mountain again on the winter!

I came to Sugar Mountain about 30 years ago for a yearbook camp, which was held in the main lodge. I normally take my family and grandkids to Amelia Island in Florida for vacation. The grandkids said that they wanted to go to the mountains This is the only place I can remember coming to the mountains so I brought them here. Everything was great. Brought back some memories. The kids love the house, the mountains we definitely will return.

The venue is beautifully decorated and our group of 12 felt right at home. It is close to key attractions (Bonne & Grandfather Mountain) yet felt a world apart as it was isolated
The property mgmt. co was very responsive and easy to communicate. Venue is well stock with the necessary items to make our experience enjoyable
Hot tub was a nice bonus. X-box kept kids busy
The only drawback was the venue has only 1 80-gallon hot water heater which at times was insufficient for group of 12

We had a great time and the property was wonderful, we did have some issues upon arrival with the access code for our door but after a quick call to property management, they were able to resolve problem and helped us kick off a great weekend. There was some trash that had been left on the property as well as we came across some dog poop outside along the walkway down to the fire pit. Overall the stay was wonderful and I would highly consider rebooking if we're ever back in the area. This is now on my top 10 places to stay!

The proximity of the house to the base of the ski mountain made it easy to go back and forth throughout the ski day. It was difficult to get ahold of the property manager. I would leave voicemails and once they did call back, there was no followup. We were snowed in and wanted some guidance, but we received none. They said a tech would go out to the property and they never did.

Loved this cabin! Very clean and spacious! The views were beautiful , the fire pit was really nice , and we appreciated having corn hole and the ping pong/pool table combo! The hot tub and pavered firepit area were great, however, the ping pong table needs to be replaced as it is in sad shape. The central location made it easy to access numerous attractions in the area. The house definitely met all our needs and was “as advertised”. This was a perfect location for everything that we wanted to do in the High Country. It provided great access to all of the activities that the area has to offer but we still came “home” to an incredible retreat in the evenings. The views are amazing. One Day More was the perfect house for a long weekend getaway with the guys. It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. We used one of the services they provide to have groceries delivered and stocked prior to our arrival. They had all the basic needs for cooking, plus a few spices to work with. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. If you're a ping pong enthusiast, you might bring your own paddles, as the ones in the house are not in great condition. It didn't stop us from enjoying a few competitive games.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us and we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Unfortunately, the fireplace no longer worked after the second day, which was disappointing. The hot water was also sporadic, either scalding hot or freezing cold if someone just took a shower.

This property was great for our group. We had 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 11 to 2). There was more than enough space for the group. The kids had enough things to keep their interest. The cabin was as advertised and met all of the expectations. Great place in a great location. We will definitely be back.

If you're taking the family to play in the snow at Sugar Mountain, this place is perfect! Located near the slopes and near the amenities in town, but far enough away to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain. Our family really enjoyed this trip and made amazing memories. Stayed the weekend for a bachelors trip. Slept 10 ppl no problem. Everything is advertised. Only issue was ping pong table needs some love but the place itself was awesome and just minutes from sugar mountain and beech mountain resorts.

We are a group of longtime friends who take an annual Sugar Mountain ski trip. We've used many different accommodations in the area over the years, and this one was probably our favorite. The ping pong table was perfect for our group, and the hot tub is always great after a day of skiing.

The house is in a perfect location for skiing at Sugar Mountain (our main purpose for this trip), and the fantastic view of Grandfather Mountain was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Traditional coffee maker (in case you're planning the grocery trip). The two plastic sleds were a huge bonus when outdoor activities closed due to high winds. TVs, Xbox and ping pong were exciting for kids. Loved the secluded feel with close proximity to Sugar Mountain amenities. Heavy snow and ice can definitely make the driveway tough. Warnings for 4WD vehicle are legit. Will definitely return!

A beautiful house in the heart of Sugar Mountain, you can walk 1 mile to the slope or you can going by car, the view is gorgeous, we definitely going back to this place, our kids love the place, yes they have fire pit and gas bbq outside. Great way to end 2020.
