Additional Notes:
  • This home welcomes one (1) mature, non-aggressive dog for a pet fee of $25 per dog. Aggressive dog breeds include but are not limited to: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pitbull, Pressa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, or any other mixes that include breeds. Thank you for observing this rule and the max 1 dog rule and not requesting an exception. 
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am. 
  • This is a gravel driveway with ample parking. Guests may also park in the garage.  4WD or AWD is recommended during winter months November-March when traveling to the High Country. 
  • Guests returning to Morris Cabin receive a special non-stackable discount.  Reach out for more details!
  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided for you.  
  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am

It was great and quiet

The was as described incredible views and very clean! We had a great time. It's very private so it was great for our dogs to come and feel secure. For reference we had all styles of vehicles to go up the one lane gravel road in May with no issues. We will definitely return!
