The home boasts 3 master suites and a large kids bunk room on 3 levels, 2 open decks, a spacious Great room with a floor-to-ceiling wood burning stone fireplace, a large kitchen and dining area and downstairs casual den with billiards. This home is perfect for entertaining and will comfortably accommodate multiple families visiting together. It is also very easy and convenient to access during any season and only a five minute drive from downtown Banner Elk. Guests have access to the single car garage as well. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars! The hot tub is situated with privacy in regards to the adjoining townhome.

- This home is pet friendly. Pet rent is $50 plus tax per pet per night.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Four night minimum for major holidays. Minimum night stay and rates may vary by season and subject to change without notice.
- Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to a $50 - $200 amenity access fee in order to maintain the facilities and features that guest have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
- Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
- The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests but there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
