Welcome to Maynard V at Elk River, an exquisite four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence that embodies the epitome of luxury and comfort. This stunning new construction offers a seamless blend of modern design and thoughtful amenities, making it a dream home for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

Upon entering the main level, you are greeted by an inviting living room featuring a water vapor fireplace and a large TV with DirecTV channels. The high-end kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting Zline appliances, two dishwashers, Keurig and Nespresso machines, a spacious porcelain island, a gas range with bar seating for five, and a dining table for seven. The attention to detail is evident throughout.

The primary king ensuite on the main level is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a tiled shower, a luxurious tub, a porcelain vanity, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated TV for added convenience and entertainment. The upper level offers two bedrooms that share a full bath in the hallway. The king bedroom impresses with a walk-in closet and a personal TV, while the bunk room is a custom-designed haven with two twin XL over queen bunks.

Venture to the lower level, where a king suite awaits, complete with a comfortable sectional and another TV. The attached bathroom features a tastefully tiled shower.
Guests enjoy the convenience of garage access, adding an extra layer of luxury to their stay. The main level extends its allure outdoors with a deck that provides a perfect setting for entertaining, featuring dining for eight, an additional TV, and sweeping mountain views.


- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.

- All homes in the High Country require AWD/4WD and/or chains in times of snow or ice. The road to Maynard V is paved for ease of access. 
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- There is a community firepit near the river less than a quarter of a mile from the home. Please inquire with our team if you wish to purchase wood for this firepit.
- This property has three exterior security cameras. One doorbell ring camera monitoring the main entryway. Second camera is located to the right of the front porch up above the windows which monitors the top parking area. Third camera is located above garage dead center monitoring the garage parking area.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

House was bigger and better than in the pictures (which never happens). Fully suitable for a weekend family retreat. Well maintained kitchenware, appliances, etc. makes it perfect for someone who likes to cook. Will definitely be staying here again!

Loved the interior and views, house was decorated for Christmas in a very tasteful style. It was warm and cozy, we did relax and enjoyed our time.
Side note, the stairs that aren’t secured for toddlers.

Wow! What a gorgeous home on all levels. Every amenity imaginable. The kitchen was so fabulous we cancelled dinner reservations and cooked 2 nights. When we weren't hiking we were playing cards and drinking wine on the back porch. Honestly I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this one by far was the best!
