Beautiful property with amazing views of the mountains. Close proximity to ski resort and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Would definitely return!

Wonderful view, large great room for gathering. Host was very helpful and communicated very well. Front bedroom had a very hard bed. Lighting was poor in the great room. Plenty of overhead lights but we like more ambient lighting from lamps. There was only one in the room. We went out and purchased 2 for the weekend. Overall a great weekend in the mountains.

The location of this property is perfect, the layout of the cabin was great for our family, three master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the same floor was exactly what we were looking for, no stairs. We were also traveling with two service dogs and the fenced in back area was perfect for them to get a little exercise. The game room had a nice pool table and a giant TV with some comfortable furniture for the family to watch movies at night.

Lookout Lodge has been an absolutely amazing mountain getaway! This house has it all - breathtaking views, tons of space, and every amenity you could want. We loved the pool table, movie/game room for the indoor fun, but our favorite spot was the fenced-in backyard. It's perfect for grilling out, relaxing in the hot tub, and gathering around the fire pit - all with a stunning mountain backdrop. Peaceful, relaxing and truly the best escape. Can't wait to come back!

Lookout Lodge has been an absolutely amazing mountain getaway! This house has it all - breathtaking views, tons of space, and every amenity you could want. We stayed for an annual ski trip weekend. It is a beautiful house with a fantastic view. Easy drive to Banner Elk and Boone with plenty to do. Planning to be back next year.

The view is spectacular! The house is perfectly laid out for all activities, and is very clean. Large outdoor deck compliments the view. Fenced in back yard perfect for our dog. We are repeat customers.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals has a great selection of homes to choose from. I have always been satisfied with their service, it's easy to book a reservation, check in and out is a breeze with the keyless entry. When I talk with someone on line or by phone I always feel like they appreciate my business.
I rented Lookout Lodge from 6-29-24 to 7-7-24, it was a great house and all the family enjoyed the visit. We all agree that we would like to stay there again.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was exactly what we hoped for when booking it. It was clean, had a great view, and was close to snowboarding! We had an issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi but communication was great and we got it resolved quickly.

Lookout Lodge was fantastic and perfect for our group of 8. The house was clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The view is amazing and the hot tub kept us warm even on the coldest nights in January. We were within a short driving distance to the ski resorts and anything else we needed. The 48 amp Clipper Creek EV charger worked perfectly as well, and made the trip much more convenient coming in our EV.

I never thought I would find a rental where I had no suggestions 😄. What a perfect view, perfect amenities, outside was great for dogs and kiddos. Blue ridge rentals made it a 100% smooth stay. We will be booking through them again and we will be visiting Lookout Lodge again. We loved that every bedroom had a King bed, the indoor fireplace was so comfy, bathrooms were like a spa, the spaces were clean and well thought through. We are even thinking of re-doing our bedroom furniture now. Gah, we just loved it!

Amazing Views! A generous size back patio with places for intimate talks or larger groups and even some dancing! Spectacular view from multiple places inside the house and out. We watched clouds float across the back patio over our morning coffee from the DR table. The bedrooms felt like private suites to retreat to for some quiet time if desired and not hear everything in the next room. The many couches were comfortable and big enough for my 6”2” son to stretch out. The hot tub was a nice treat to unwind and gaze at the twinkling stars. While we did have a couple things that were trouble, the office quickly responded and sent someone over 1st thing in the morning. Neither issue was able to be resolved however. We’d certainly stay again and would recommend this home. We’d also recommend BLUE RIDGE RENTALS. Due to their quick response and follow up, we are certain our concerns will be taken care of before the next guest.
The items of concern are as follows: freezer leaked on the floor (we put towels down but that meant that with 1 towel p/p, two people were without towels); the internet was locked & staff couldn’t unlock it; the dishes we used had to be hand washed bc of food/film on them. The DW was black w/mold. We ran it multiple times, but the water never got hot inside; the 3 car rule is unrealistic w/14 ppl (6 would fit comfortably)-we parked extra cars at a local hotel which was inconvenient; there were no hanging rods in the master closet.

Our family had a great time! The home was perfect for us with stunning views from sun up to sun down. We had everything we needed and the offer of having food delivered and put away for our stay. The staff is absolutely wonderful and Cindy Chapman is such a blessing to work with. She handled all my questions during the set up of our vacation and I felt completely confident in her care of our family's stay at Lookout Lodge. I cannot praise this entire process enough. It was truly magical for our family from the layout of the home to the fire pit, the hot tub, and the parking. We all wanted to stay all summer! Thank you for sharing Lookout Lodge with us.
