The cabin was in an excellent location! Very clean! Hot tub was not working to begin with (but they let us know before we got there)They fixed it a few days later, but we weren't going to get in it..The only problem we had was trying to call out or receive calls- internet was fine!Would definitely recommend this cabin!

We absolutely loved Hidden Serenity. We spent hours in the morning out on the front porch playing (we have a 3-year-old and a small dog), working, and listening to music. It was so peaceful and quiet. Our dog loved just laying out on the front porch soaking up the scenery. We brought a grill with us and enjoyed grilling some of our favorite dinners on the huge back porch. The screen door on the front porch was a perfect touch in the evenings when we were relaxing on the huge couch with a nice cool breeze blowing in while we watched tv. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything we needed. This was the best cabin we have stayed in with you guys and will be booking and returning in the fall with my in-laws for our annual Thanksgiving week. The location is absolutely perfect as well. We were halfway between Boone and West Jefferson. Thank you for another great trip. This one was the best vacation we have had yet.

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful. It was perfect for taking our kids to the mountains for the first time. We have twins age 7 and another age 5. My mother and younger siblings 17 and 15 joined us as well. Neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. It is a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The hot tub was enjoyed as well as the fire pit area perfect for late evening s'mores. The accommodations were fantastic. Another neighbor had some ponies and donkeys who appreciated some hand fed grass and apples for a snack. Definitely perfect for nature lovers. We would love to come back some day.

This cabin was fantastic!I hate when you book a place that can sleep 10 but they only have enough seating in the living room for 4! Happens way too often, but Hidden Serenity had a huge sectional sofa with enough space for everyone to sit comfortably in front of the fire! They also had plenty of dinning space. We loved how nicely decorated it was for Christmas too. This was perfect for our family gathering.

Hottub needs water and cleaning as water level was low and water smelled musty.

Hidden Serenity is a hidden gem. When you drive up it is nestled in some trees seemingly cut off from the other homes in the subdivision (there weren't many homes). Everything was very nice and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay at Hidden Serenity again when in NC.

The cabin was beautiful & spacious! The beds were comfy, we enjoyed the pool table & foosball, we didnt use the hottub. Very well stocked, private but not far from stores/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Before I forget, let me tell you to look through your info for the gate code!
This is a great, quiet cabin that really we didn't even want to leave to do things. The living room is a great size for the number of people allowed. The kids loved the pool table and swings. The yard is spacious for kids to play. We had some deer out there one day. The gentleman down the road gave us permission to feed the donkeys. The kids loved that! Most places I stay, I wake up hurting from the beds. These beds! I didn't want to get up! lol We did have one set back/problem. The company was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond.

LOVED Hidden Serenity!!
We were two families with a combined number of 8 (four of those teenagers). The house is well split up that we never felt on top of each other. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area and we will definitely come again. House was warm and cozy. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Game room was perfect for all of us. Kitchen was in good condition. We even grilled and had a bonfire and that was in a good location on the side of the house. Area where house is located is convenient and very nice.

The house was really nice and spread out. We had a total of 8 people (2 families). Of the 8, four of those where teenagers. We never felt on top of each other. The layout was nice.
Two cons - since the house is made of all wood and probably a bit older, you hear everything. Every piece of wood creeks. It is very loud when trying to sleep. The other con was that the hot tub was not working while we where there.
Besides those two things, we loved it and will definitely stay again!

This was a lovely cabin in an ideal location for hopping on the parkway and getting to Blowing Rock and Boone. Located in the foothills it was easy to access and was tucked in a sweet neighborhood. The cabin was clean and updated. The kitchen had all necessary supplies, but could use some fresh pans. My only complaint was the towels weren't freshly laundered. They were a bit dusty/musty smelling as if the cabin hadn't been used in a while. There was also dog hair on the couch covers. Since we were not bringing a pet that wasn't welcoming. Everything else was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.

The house was gorgeous and very spacious. We easily fit 2 families in it. It was very warm and cozy, a perfect mountain get away! The kids loved having the game room with the pool table and foosball. There is plenty of room for the kids to run in the yard. We loved hanging out at the fire pit and roasting marshmellows. Its right off a main highway so it is easy access for travelers who are not prepared for winter conditions and its a short drive from the house to boone. We were very pleased and plan to stay again.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and updated but felt a little dark on the main level. Downstairs looks like it was updated more recently and brighter than the rest of the house. This house does not have a great mountain view but has multiple porches for hanging out. Boone not very far and lots of great hiking trails close by. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was just as advertised and good communication from the rental group. Only issue is that we could not adjust the heat temperature of the basement area where the game room and other bedroom is as it needs an access code and it was set a little warm for us. Other than that everything was great and I would definitely stay at this cabin again!

A group of my family and friends stayed at this cabin recently for a yearly trip to NC and we truly couldn't have been more pleased with our time there. The cabin was in excellent condition minus a few very minor things that didn't at all detract from our stay. When I called about an issue with the hot tub, I received calls back promptly, and maintenance fixed the problem that day. We may very well find ourselves looking for this accommodating space next year!

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals management and customer service team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after an unfortunate rocky start to our recent 12 night trip. A maintenance issue occurred that was out of their control that prevented us from checking in on time. We were placed in a different cabin and moved to our preferred location when it was resolved a few days later. BRMR management kept in touch with us by email and phone calls throughout the entire process; including when we got home. We were never dismissed or treated with anything but respect. It was the best experience we have ever had with a rental management company. It was obvious from this encounter to the extra added touches that they leave for guests at the cabins, that they value their customers.
We absolutely loved our cabin. And wished we could have been there the whole time. Hidden Serenity was a beautiful, relaxing oasis. We had a fantastic time playing pool tournaments and foosball. The pictures really don't do it justice. You have to sit on the porch listening to the birds and nature to appreciate it fully. It is absolutely magical during an afternoon rain shower. We 100% plan to return and give repeat business to BRMR!

We've stayed at several mountain cabins in this area and this is definitely going to be at the top of our list for future trips. It was super clean, beds were comfy, easy to access... and decorated for Christmas which was an awesome bonus! The hot tub was clean and in great condition. The downstairs got warm, which if you rent cabins you know this is a rare find. The kitchen was well stocked. We had no complaints. We will definitely be back again!

Hidden Serenity is a beautiful and peaceful property- it really lives up to its name. It is spacious, but has a homey and comforting feeling about it. We had five people and 3 dogs with plenty of room. It has a wonderful full porch on the front, with a stream flowing across a meadow- the sound is so soothing. We sat out there for hours because it was raining and enjoyed every minute of the day. The dogs can roam and lie down with no worries because the gate is secured perfectly. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, and is modern and up to date. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed with the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on! The decor is rustic and charming- a mixture of old and new- it really feels like a big cabin. We highly recommend Hidden Serenity if you are searching for a quiet retreat with your family or friends- we definitely will return soon!

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was perfect. The only complaint would be....it would be nice it there was another closed off bedroom and bathroom (but i u guys are working on that in the basement) looks great! We would definitely come back!! So happy we were able to include our dogs here as well!!

The location was quiet, and felt remote, with deer visiting every day. But getting there and in to the cabin was a breeze, and easy access to Boone a real plus. We enjoyed our time there very much and would highly recommend..

This is a beautiful and quiet place to rake your family. One car passed our entire stay and the only sounds we heard from the front porch were the stream, the birds and the rain pitterpattering on the metal roof. This is truly a gem.

A fun and open concept cabin that is just beautiful. Plenty of room, fun games in the basement, well stocked and great communication with the agency. It’s private and in a lovely setting. One thing was a major bummer though, the hot tub was almost unusable...It never got to temp. 98^ isn’t fun in winter.

Great home! Lots of space and fully stocked. My son loved chasing the lighting bugs, while my husband, daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub. The fires at night, while cooking on the grill, were amazing And dinner on the porch was great, as well. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Beautiful cabin, very clean and comfortable. The cabin is very spacious, there was plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked and very well equipped. The location of the cabin was great, very close to Boone and Downtown West Jefferson. My kids enjoyed the air hockey table and games that were provided and of course smores by the firepit in the evening. I highly recommend a glass of wine on the front porch in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning, very quiet and relaxing! We enjoyed listening to the near by creek meandering through the woods. The hot tub was also relaxing after a day of exploring and hiking.
