On the lower level, you’ll find a third bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and private deck access, along with its own ensuite bathroom with a full shower. For additional sleeping space, a cozy alcove offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside to the expansive deck, ideal for dining, relaxing, and soaking in the stunning mountain views. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy the serene surroundings from the ample outdoor seating.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES: 

- Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required. This home is accessed by a paved road and roads will be plowed with 3"+ of snow after a storm, but it is wise to come prepared for any weather possibility. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- The garage space is used to store personal items for the homeowner and is not available for guest access or use.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
-This home allows up to 1 mature, well-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 15 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
