The house was gorgeous and very clean. We really enjoyed the ski in/ski out. I am not as good of a skier as my husband and was very thankful the home was located a little lower on the slope for my skill level. We would love to rent this home again.

We loved our stay at Halftime Haus. It was a fantastic property, luxurious and yet practical for our family of 11 ranging in age from a baby and toddler up to us, the grandparents. Having the ski in-ski out option was a huge bonus, especially since we were there at the busiest week of the year. Our only negative was that there was no hair dryer at the house! I called management and asked for one but never received it. So bring your hair dryer. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect!

The Halftime Haus was indeed a Wonderful Winter Wonderland Escape for our family of 11. The house was pure luxury and yet also perfectly met our practical needs, from the 11 month old, to the toddler, the 8,9, and 10 year olds, our sons and daughters-in-laws and us, the grandparents who cannot say enough about the master suite with fireplace, jacuzzi and hot tub. The ski-in and ski-out location on the slopes was perfect for us and very time-saving as the week between Christmas and New Year's must be the busiest of the year. We were fortunate to have snow and beautiful weather for the first days and the night skiing was great, even with fog. The house welcomed us with a little Christmas tree and plenty of personality and the pool table was a surprise bonus which we all enjoyed. Also the game room upstairs for the kids. We hope to be back. It is the perfect spot for a luxurious family gathering.

Very nice property in a great location. The master bedroom was awesome and the other rooms were good to. Everyone had their own bathroom, so that was great. Nice Webber outdoor grill with plenty of kitchen items.

We had an amazing time. House had everything we needed... except potholders... The inside was immaculately clean. However, outside property was covered in litter. Me and my guests filled an entire trash bag with cans and bottles that were scattered about.

We rented the house for my sons 11th birthday and the location was absolutely perfect. The house is decorated really nicely and the rooms are set up for a lot of privacy it was great. We had a couple issues when we first arrived. We got there late at night and the management company quickly resolved it (and even answered our call at 1am!) we stay in beech at least twice a month and this was one of the nicest and conveniently located homes we've stayed in. No complaints other than I wish there was a hot tub ; ) we will definitely be return guests.

Brought 2 teenage boys, a four month old and 4 adults. So much room. Ski in ski out is actually what it said. I loved the place. Master bedroom is the coolest amenity ever and words cannot describe how awesome is was.

This has by far been our favorite slope side rental home that we've stayed in. We had plenty of room for our group to have privacy when wanted and absolutely loved all of the outdoor spaces for our group to hang out. Our kids loved the fish pond, swing, and bridge. We were all very comfortable and definitely plan to come again. Our only complaint is a lack of a dinner table. Only 4 people can eat at the bar inside which is not appropriate for a home so large. Other than this small inconvenience, we absolutely loved our stay!!!

We loved everything about the house. Plenty of close parking spaces. All beds and furniture were comfortable. House was clean. Close enough to town to walk. We had 8 adults but can hold 12 easy. Very big open floor plan with lots of rooms to accommodate everyone. They have a rack on walkway to hold snowboards/skis. You can enter garage from deck and they have driers for boots! They have lots of games, DVDs, and books. Can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing one week trip to Chateau Shahbazi! It was absolutely as described and even more! The house was not just a house but a home to us. Perfect location! You can walk or take a short drive to some amazing restaurants and the walk to Fred’s for breakfast each morning was so refreshing. I would defiantly rent this home again and especially if I had a big group as there is plenty of room both inside and outside to handle large groups. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

We had an amazing one week trip to Chateau Shahbazi! It was absolutely as described and even more! The house was not just a house but a home to us. Perfect location! You can walk or take a short drive to some amazing restaurants and the walk to Fred’s for breakfast each morning was so refreshing. I would defiantly rent this home again and especially if I had a big group as there is plenty of room both inside and outside to handle large groups. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

As another reviewer noted, the steps up to the loft and down to the master bedroom area are steep. Families with small children might want to bring a portable gate to block off access. The steps weren't a problem for us, but my kids are teenagers. This was a great mini-vacation, and we can't wait to get back to Chateau Shahbazi again!

Wonderful place. you couldn't get a better location. Walk to Fred's, Sledding hill and a short walk to slopes (all down hill!). Didn't use outside amenities but they are in good working order. House is in very good condition. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is a true ski/ski out so long as there are several inches of real snow on the ground...and would be a short walk without natural snow to the groomed slopes with snow made by the Resort when the temperatures are below 32°. The home was clean, nicely furnished, with adequate kitchen and dining facilities for our party of 10. The functional fireplace in the main living area is an “old school” wood burning fireplace, without a gas starter. If you want to enjoy fires, purchase firewood...and plenty of starter logs. Parking is on the street, up about 10 steps from the front deck. Views of the slopes and mountains are spectacular. To the owners...thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family and 2 pets!
