Located in the heart of the Eagles Nest community, Green Valley III (formerly known as Silver Oak) is a brand new two bedroom home located in Camp Eagles Nest.

Admire the long range views that extend into Tennessee and Virginia right from the living room or the massive back deck, which offers a gas grill, covered dining table, and a fire table with Adirondack chairs. This home has two bedrooms, both with king beds and private bathrooms, as well as a chair that opens to a bed for an extra guest. The beautiful living room separates these two bedrooms providing privacy for all guests. The living room features a large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and news channels included with Samsung TV plus, and a gas fireplace. There is a cozy couch to relax after a long day of exploring. The kitchen has a huge island with seating for six, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal. This property offers a K-Duo Plus which will brew K-Cups or ground coffee of your choice. There is also a separate laundry room off of the kitchen.

The front deck is thoughtfully constructed with a pet-friendly gate for peace of mind. Nothing replaces a wood burning fire pit for enjoying those long summer nights. The stone fire pit area in the back of the house is the perfect place to relax by the fire, roast smores, and make some memories!

Located directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home offers excellent location in proximity to the most popular amenities in the community. In the summer time, enjoy a nice hike right from your door step! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone!

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)

Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home now allows up to 2 dogs per stay with an additional pet rent of $25/night per dog.
- Please note there is a loft area in the second bedroom that is accessed via ladder. This area is not for guest use.
- The home offers a generator in case of loss of power.
- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- The home is monitored by security cameras outside on the corners of the house. No cameras monitor the interior.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Returning guests of Green Valley I, II, or III may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

House was great and well stocked. Location was beautiful but it is a very long way up the mountain so remember to stop at the grocery before you go! There is also a Dollar General halfway up the mountain that is also well stocked for necessities!

Our stay at Green Valley III was absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a peaceful mountain getaway. The views were stunning from morning to night — exactly the kind of quiet escape we were hoping for. We loved how private the area felt while still being close enough to explore Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and spend time with family. We enjoyed a wonderful women's weekend at Silver Oaks, Eagles Nest. On the final day just as we were packing up to leave, I realized that I had left my car keys in the door pocket of one of my friend's car who had left hours earlier that morning. Blue Ridge Rentals was wonderful at looking at the schedule and letting me know that no one else was checking in that day, so it was ok for me to receive a late check out while my husband drove up the mountain to bring me our spare key. I was so appreciative. We also really appreciated the special fudge treats that were left as a welcome gift. They were the perfect dessert.

The cabin was beautiful and well equipped. The rental company provided great service although nothing was needed except answering a question about the provided bottle of wine they furnished us. Eagles point is a beautiful place with a relaxing view. Could not have had a better place for a quick vacation trip and a great cabin to enjoy it.
