The view was wonderful. It was very private and a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they could make sure minor maintenance issues are cared for. Some things could have been updated or very minor repairs.

Cabin was layed out perfect we enjoyed having enough room and each having there own bathroom. Heaters in bathrooms but not all the heaters worked. I did have to do some cleaning upon arrival but overall was fairly clean. We enjoyed the pool table and peacefulness and location. Beds were comfortable and were provided with everything needed for kitchen etc. Staff was quick and wonderful with communication or any questions or needs we had! We had a wonderful time! The weather wasn’t the best, but, we made the best of it! The house had a great layout for our family! My only negative is it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked plus, it was a little dark. Really need brighter light bulbs! Besides that, it was great!

Sometimes if there's snow, you gotta go! This was a spontaneous family fun weekend! Just hanging out together and snow tubing! Great fun and great accommodations. The house was a great fit for our family of ten (and one dog). Fairly easy to get to (if you're properly prepared) and comfortable. We would recommend this property.

Perfect setup for our family. Louder kids had the downstairs to play games and have fun, adults and older kids upstairs. Heaters in every bathroom! Be sure and bring some laundry soap, cleaning spray and maybe a kitchen scrub sponge. Be mindful of hot water…we had 7 ppl and just had to make sure we didn’t take long showers and/or spread them out. And water pressure is tough when someone is showering and anything else is running. But that’s what u expect in an older home. They provide 1 towel/washcloth per guest it says u can have in there. Screened in porches off every bedroom was nice. Would def rent again!

Our family stayed at Grand View while in town for the UNC at App State game. Wonderful property nestled in on a quiet, secluded street. The many decks and ways to take in the mountain scenery was ideal.

Great house for large family or two+families. We had two families (4 adults, 5 children) use this house for homebase for our mountain vacation. It was a perfect setup with the two complete spaces upstairs and downstairs for everyone to spread out, but has indoor and outdoor spaces big enough to gather together. Having the pooltable is a great amenity for indoor entertainment on a rainy, summer evening. Loved all the porches. And it was great having private bathrooms off each of the four bedrooms. Five Star!!!

We had another excellent experience last week with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Their customer service is always top-notch: clean, well-equipped properties; flexible check-in/check-out times when possible; prompt response to inquiries and maintenance concerns; and friendly, knowledgeable agents. We were very pleased with our return visit to Grand View, and will definitely be reserving it again for next year. We wouldn't think of renting from any other agency when we come to the NC High Country.

We had 4 couples stay and no one had to flip for the Master because every room had its own bathroom. Everyone had total privacy in their rooms and enough space to hangout in the common areas that no one is on top of each other. Definitely booking again this summer

Our family has a great experience in the house in Banner Elk..The house was a perfect size, very clean. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Even though we were all one family, because it has 2 floors with each with a complete kitchen it would work great for two families. The view and surroundings were beautiful. We had no problems whatsoever, we would definitely go back to stay. Maybe next fall!!

It was a great place! More than enough space for everyone and if there is a big crowd it's excellent. It's like getting 2 homes in one cause it has 2 floors and both are fully equipped. Attractions and things to do are not far. Would definitely come here again if available at the time off.

The stay was great over-all and I would recommend it to anyone. Mostly clean, but there were quite a few spider webs to deal with (however, my granddaughter enjoyed taking a broom to them all). The ceiling fans were a bit loud in each room, but that's hardly a complaint. Regarding the "accuracy', with the view being obstructed by leaves, we couldn't see Grandfather Mountain per the pics, but again, understandable. Over-all, very enjoyable and we talked about renting again at a future date.

The house was perfect for our family group. Some confusion with operating the heating/cooling systems and the TVs, but the property management folks responded quickly and courteously to all questions. Would definitely stay here again if vacationing in the area.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was great to work with they even saved us time by making alternate arrangements for check in which was fantastic. The house we chose, Grand View was fantastic for our weekend get away for 8 people. Seven Devils NC was nice and secluded but not far from Boone or Blowing Rock.
