Very nice place for a weekend family retreat. 6 mile climb to the location would have been rough if not for the spectacular views along the way. Place was very clean and maintenance guy TJ was very hospitable and friendly.

The views were amazing. The fireplace on the covered deck was very useful during the morning chill. Was able to view over 15 deer per day in all the meadows that were viewable from the deck. The fire pit was very safe for roasting marshmallows and easy to use.

We had another great vacation in Eagle's Nest. We love the proximity to the winery, great sledding hills, and amazing views. Great home for one family or two. Nice hot tub and lots of windows throughout the home for views at every corner. Both sunrises and sunsets were incredible, highly recommend. So many things to do just in the neighborhood.

We stayed at the Evergreen at Eagles Nest. It was absolutely beautiful! The cabin exceeded our expectations above and beyond! It was immaculate. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were wonderful. The views were gorgeous. Enjoyed the fireplaces inside and out. The hot tub was so nice! The property managers were excellent and made sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We will definitely be back. We loved the cabin.

This property worked well for our family of 6. It is situated directly across from the North Pavillion in Eagles Nest, which was a perfect location. The kids could easily cross the street and play on the fields at the North Pavillion. We could see them in the distance from the deck.

We rent often through VRBO and while all the homes have been lovely; this home really stood out. The location is peaceful and relaxing. Great for kids or if you have brought your dog along for the trip. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the property management company was easy to deal with. The hot tub was clean and relaxing and the Weber grill had plenty of gas. The kitchen had all that we needed with great appliances for cooking. The living area was very comfortable as well as the deck area. The upstairs was great for the kids and my wife even got into playing the arcade table. We were even left some fire wood as a starter to get a fire going in the fire pit. There is mention of area construction in the listing and there are neighboring properties being built. This was not an issue at all and we wouldn't let that deter you from renting. Overall, we would recommend this home with a five (5) star rating if you are considering a trip to the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at evergreen. Def make sure you have four wheel drive in the winter months. Loved the master bath tub. And the view off the deck. Will plan to return.

The only negative was trying to rent a utv from Off Road Adventures; the gentleman did not answer text, email, or voicemails and as a result we were unable to enjoy a utv. When we finally got in touch with him (he finally answered the phone), he said he was closing in 10 minutes and wouldn't rent to us. We were very disappointed in his lack of customer service and it put a small damper on our trip. The family recovered quickly though and we enjoyed every minute otherwise. Highly recommend Eagle's Nest and Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals.

We just returned from one of our best vacations ever! Our cabin and surroundings were so great! The 3 bedroom cabin with two fireplaces is homey and beautiful. It is decorated beautifully with a master downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs--one with a king sized bed and one with cute bunk beds and a very fun game machine that both kids and adults love! The loft overlooks the nice living area, and you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors when you gaze out the windows that floor to ceiling, two stories up. Beyond that, the scenery is breathtaking and is great for hiking! We spent a lot of time watching a herd of 8-12 deer graze on a hill from the deck. We were close to the North Pavilion where a fireplace was always burning and we could roast marshmallows any time we wanted, or make s'mores. There are wineries and breweries close (we like that) as well as lots of cute shops and places to eat when you leave the mountain. There are gem mines and lots of outdoor adventures to be had. Then again, if we just wanted to stay at home, we could build a fire in the firepit or jump in the hot tub on site! We loved it in Eagles Nest, and are looking forward to coming back next year!!!

This was our first time in the mountains and the best family vacation we've had in years. The house was so relaxing and provided a great layout for our family of five. The views from the deck, bedrooms, and outdoor living space were breathtaking. Very open with comfortable furnishing which were new and very clean. Great cooking facilities from dinner on the grill to smore's by the fire pit. Not to mention late-night soaks in the hot tub. The home is thoughtfully appointed with attention to every detail, comfortable beds, soft linens, beautiful kitchen with gas stove and all cooking utensils you need. Plus tons of privacy. We rented ATVs, took a ski lift to Beech Mountain, visited the wineries, hiked the trails to the waterfalls, and enjoyed the outdoor summer concert; so much to see and do. Looking forward to future stays at this fantastic home!

We own property at Eagles Nest but have not built as of yet, with that we wanted to enjoy the mountain and check it out and have rented a few times so far through BRMR. The experiences have been awesome and I cannot say enough about what a great time my family and I have had each time. Thank you and thank the homeowners where we've stayed, its been fantastic.

I wanted to send a quick note to you to tell you how much my family enjoyed our long weekend at Evergreen! It is one of the best views I have ever personally seen during any of our many mountain getaways! The valleys and the mountains in the background was like walking into a painting; absolutely stunning! Our family enjoyed the amenities at Eagles Nest; food at the North Pavillion and River Club music and food Saturday night. My son enjoyed playing basketball and our puppy enjoyed the dog park walks! We grabbed a football from the Toy Barn! We rented an ATV to tour the acreage in detail, waterfalls and endless beautiful vistas. AMAZING! Apart from the view, the home itself had all we needed and was well appointed for our stay…comfortable linens and rain shower in master, nicely decorated and comfortable. We used the hot tub and fire pit and stayed in and cooked an evening and played cards that were provided. HIGHLY recommend!
We felt appreciated and listened to by Blue Ridge rentals to make our experience even more perfect from choosing the right spot for us to being responsive answering questions while we were there and through to our departure.
