A half bath provides added convenience, while a king ensuite with its own TV offers a lavish retreat. Connected to this primary suite is a charming bunk room with twin over twin bunks, making it an ideal space for families. Another king ensuite completes the main level, providing unparalleled comfort. A laundry room near the kitchen gives a convenient place for guest use.

Ascending to the upper level, two queen bedrooms adorned with individual TVs await, each seamlessly connected to the central jack and jill bathroom. - Please bring your favourite whole beans for the coffee maker!
- The town of Sugar Mountain requires 4WD/AWD or chains in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly. The driveway is spacious and paved, but does make an uphill loop.
- Guests returning to Elevated Lifestyle may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- Guests who cancel more than 60 days before arrival may receive a full refund. Cancellations 31-60 days from arrival may receive a 50% refund. Within 30d, refunds are only issued if the home rebooks.
